All I can say, tacos are supposed to be warm the meat it's supposed to be warm and they don't look like someone thrown cold... tortillas on,plate not to mention the "no flavor" I tried a piece of chicken and tasted like $##@^&. By far one of the cleanest and best Chipotles I have been too. I really enjoy Chipotle but lately the quality has taken a... downturn for the price. This one however lives up to the traditional Chipotle standards. They serve their customers with respectand have the highest quality, freshest food around. The meat was perfectly cooked. The veggies were delicious. The toppings wereabsolutely fresh. This store was also incredibly clean. I would have no issues eating at a table. Some other Chipotles latelywere gross. Hats off to this Chipotle team. You all rock! Hopefully corporate takes note and provides you all with some extraincentives or an award. Read more
I?m a bit surprised by some of the negative reviews considering they?ve only been open for about a week. I went Sunday to pick... up an order placed online and it was ready for me even though I pulled up a few minutes earlier than the scheduled time. Theworker at the window was incredibly friendly and verified my drink before pouring to ensure accuracy so the service wasfantastic, my order was correct and everything tasted great. Been there three times - Fantastic experience I receive from the staff there! The staff there was super friendly, and I?m proud... to say that I?m deaf and there?s one staff fluent in sign language and communicate with me very well, even there also otherstaff who know some signs too! The most I love most about it is the food's taste rate is fantastic because I heard that theywork so hard prepare at early morning before the opening. I love that it is finally in Waynesboro!!! I?ve already been in twice since it opened! I was greeted by friendly staff, told... where everything was that I may need, and given sizable portions. The store was also very clean. They also have frequent callsto change out gloves, and re-wash their hands (Not today COVID!) I?m so glad it?s finally here! Highly recommended to anyone! Read more

Food was amazing, service was great! Very full bowls. The workers gave us the best service ever at a fast food restaurant.... Although you pay $24 for two people you get what you pay for with fresh quality ingredients. I?ll take fresh quality ingredientsover disgusting fast food any day of the week. 10/10 for sure!! I?ve came here a few times and they always have good food. Most of the staff is very kind. It?s not even 9:20PM (Close at 10PM)... and the doors are locked. I had to call and place my order via phone which was accepted and go through the drive through for myorder. Many unnecessary steps. I wanted to pay cash but was unable to do so via phone ordering. If this location chooses toclose earlier it should be posted online and on the door as so. *Edit from 2 to 3 stars because they gave me two burritos forthe price of one on accident. LOL. Read more
