We came for Sunday dinner and were seated at a table in 10 minutes. It took 25 minutes for a waitress to come and take our... order. There were multiple wait staff waiting on different tables in the same area. Seems undermanaged and chaotic. Cashier didsay they were short staffed and it was a busy day. Food was hot and delicious. My wife and I have been going to cracker barrel restaurants for the last 25 years they are very very consistent in that the food... is pretty much the same and very good at that. Our favorite mail has got to be the breakfast. Although the menus have changedslightly, and still the same good stuff that you get. If you like sitting in an old time atmosphere and this is the place foryou. Works really great for my wife and I the waiters and wait staff have always been good and the food has always been to ourliking. That's part of what I mean by the consistency, you know what you're going to get and that's the best part of it. Wellworth the trip every time! Read more

I went in on a Saturday evening..... I ordered the roast beef plate. What came out was two very little pieces of pot roast. It... was not roast beef. I told the waitress that this was the wrong order. She assured my it was roast beef. Being 72 years old Iknow the difference between a pot roast (brown stringy meat) and roast beef (solid pink meat). There was maybe 6 bites of meat.Very disappointing.. I would rather go to Outback and get a solid piece of beef for a few dollars more... Read more

Ordered brunch takeout today. I ordered strawberry french toast with strawberry syrup and it is missing strawberries, which is... $2 more. I called the restaurant to ask for a refund on the difference. I was placed on hold for 5 minutes to wait for amanager. The call was ended by the restaurant. I tried to call the restaurant back, but no one picked up the phone. At the timeof writing, I have not been to receive refund for the difference for the missing topping. This restaurant appears to beoverwhelmingly busy. Read more

Was not a best experience, but was not terrible. Associates helpful, but when sending Associate with orders... make sure our... order is complete. Our waitress was busy, so hostess sub brought our food. Missed biscuits cornbread ( see pic), tried newitems but drenched with topping (most stores drizzle). I think training is kind of wing it. My wife and I went there for breakfast today our meal was extremely delicious I had steak and eggs. The steak was delicious and... very tender medium rare. I spoke to Mike one of the general managers to express my complaints. Our waitress was great we will beback thanks. Read more

Service was lousy. Didn't have utensils or plates for the biscuits. They biscuits were excellent by the way. I got a chicken... Cobb salad. It was nothing but stale croutons, and the chicken was nothing but the old crunchy dropping at the bottom of thebasket. Very little chicken and over cooked rock hard. There was less then a half of a cup of old lettuce. The waitress wasgood at keeping our tea glass full. I am never one to demand the food go back, but I wish I did. It was after a long day at workand I just wanted to go home. It's not just cracker barrel but every restaurant is so short staffed and I've noticed the food itnot good anymore. Read more

Great service on a snowy drive.. friendly with great southern hospitality.. food was cooked decent.. fried chicken a little... over.. steak cooked good but had absolutely no seasoning.. biscuits were hard as a rock.. typical food quality for this chain..was literally the only place open in town from the white out snow storm Izzy Read more
