Got there at 10:30 when they opened. I sat at the drive through menu for 5 minutes then I went inside. The manager told me they... were running behind and it would be 10 minutes. My wife and I sat down at a table by the front counter and no one helped us ortold us anything. After about 15 minutes I asked the the lady behind the counter could I place an order she said the insidedosn?t open until 11 but the drive through was open. So my wife and I got back in our car and went through the drive through.Terrible communication. The manager was rude and short and never communicated any of this to us. I won?t be back. Read more

Once again, KFC closes the dining area. We'll I don't dp drive thru so I finished with McDonald's and KFC. Why is it so hard... to take care of customers? I had dinner a few days ago and the food was okay.. my wife tried the mac and cheese bowl and I had Nashville chicken tenders.... The tenders were pretty dry and almost no seasoning and the mac and cheese bowl wasn't very warm or filled. The service wasagain okay.. the young gentleman seemed aggravated but I get it.. I have worked fast food before. I will be back again andhopefully I can change this 3 star review to a 5 ! Read more
I usually brag highly on this location, not this time. Long wait in the drive thru, paid over $7 for a 3 strip meal only to get... 1 full strip, 1 piece of crispy skin (no chicken) and a piece of something about one and a half inches. So dissatisfied, moneywasted. Had I not waited so long for this disappointment and the cars weren't wrapped around the building after I pulled off andchecked the food, I definitely would have returned it. They are too expensive for them to be skimpy or cheating anyone out ofwhat they actually paid for. Read more
