McAlister's used to be the best place to get a nice healthy meal. It's still good,but not as great as a few years ago. Good... place to get a quick bite. Salads,sandwiches,spuds are all decent. Read more
Quality has declined recently, with regards to cleanliness. Tables were dirty, floors as well. There were dozens of small black... particles floating in my & my husband's Sprites. When I questioned them about the drinks, was told the black stuff comes out ofthe fountain machine and that "it happens all the time". ???? Yuck. Really? First, they dont say it on any of their sites, but they use doordash/delivery services. Second, made my first order with them... and got half of my order and half of someone else's order. They blamed it on doordash and said i needed tp call them. I waslike no its your service. After forever on hold, they finally said they refunded the order. It will take 5-7 days....likewhat....
