Quality has declined recently, with regards to cleanliness. Tables were dirty, floors as well. There were dozens of small black... particles floating in my & my husband's Sprites. When I questioned them about the drinks, was told the black stuff comes out ofthe fountain machine and that "it happens all the time". ???? Yuck. Really? First, they dont say it on any of their sites, but they use doordash/delivery services. Second, made my first order with them... and got half of my order and half of someone else's order. They blamed it on doordash and said i needed tp call them. I waslike no its your service. After forever on hold, they finally said they refunded the order. It will take 5-7 days....likewhat.... Love McAlister's. Plenty of places to sit. Clean bathrooms. The food comes pretty quick. Nice environment but a little chilly... sometimes if you're cold natured like myself. Although I pretty much stick to what I know on the menu, everything has beengood. Tea can be a hit or miss. Always look forward to going back. Read more
Decent food, average service, average atmosphere. Noticed employee taking out trash and returning to service area and never... washing her hands. I notified the manager and he spoke with her and she went and washed her hands. This should never happen atany restaurant. Read more
