We dined in at the restaurant on a quick trip and man was that a mistake. The lobby was on shambles our table was the cleanest... dirty table there. It didn't take us too long to get our food, but the family that ordered after us waited for 30 minutes,management argued with them saying they had a large order.. 8 double cheeseburgers... I ordered a fudge sundae after wefinished our meal and everyone behind the counter made eye contact with me but never tried to assist under the manager stopped,tapped the young boy mopping and told him to take my order-- that seemed to be the end of the world as he rolled his eyes andstared at the screen. Came today to just get a Happy Meal for my 4 year old at 11:07 and they said they weren?t serving lunch but there lunch menu was... up and not breakfast and they say lunch starts at 10:30. They had 30 mins to switch over to lunch. I understand short staff butcome on a happy meal they can?t drop 4 nuggets in the fryer and fries and a bag of apples and a choc milk in a container?? I ordered a egg and cheese biscuit for my mother-in-law and they gave me a sausage biscuit. I didn?t realize it until I got all... the way home. I?ve been calling back to back and they don?t even answer the phone. It?s a good thing she isn?t allergic tosausage. I need a refund for my order but I guess I?ll go in person. Read more
We went to this one because the other one in Waynesboro is a bit slow and this one is newer. The restaurant was dirty, every... table had grease and crumbs with a few tables still had trash on them. There were dead bugs on the window sill too. I had somesanitizer with me thankfully to use in the table. Food wise- they were out of sweet and I sweet tea and our double quarterpounder was missing a burger. Read more
Unbelievable. I didn't get sauce for my food so went in the lobby get some. I was perfectly polite asking the manager for some... sauce please, when one of the employees yells across the store that there isn't any so we can check the back but "if there isn'tany then that's just too bad." I'm always nice at fast food places cause I know it's stressful but I was never once rude and Iwasn't even talking to that man? That on top of the slow service, I'm for sure never coming back. The service is great, the employees are very friendly and very quick and efficient. I have a favorite employee, Dakota,that just... brightens my day! He is very professional and handles customers with respect and a caring attitude. I come to this McDonald'svery often, for the great food, great service, and the wonderful employees. This has to be a joke lol. Just came through the drive through and ordered two filet of fish sandwich?s, added lettuce, tomato... and Mayo to them. Opened up the containers and both sandwich?s are missing the fish. Called the store and no one can answer thephone. Read more
I work at an animal health clinic and we sent one girl to pick up our food for the whole hospital at lunch. The girl at the... counter would not take her order. The manager told her maybe we should all come and order our own food. Some people do not havethe luxury of taking a lunch break and can barely find the time to eat lunch. If this is how McDonald's treats doctors andnurses, I will have to avoid them in the future. Read more
