Our food was received hot and in a timely manner. We always love the cheese fries and these were nicely layered with extra... cheese. We added the thunder down under at the end which we hadn?t had before but it was phenomenal. Our server Hailey wasbeyond kind and accommodating. She had insight into foods we might enjoy, had great recommendations and made sure everything wasperfect. We enjoyed our experience. Read more
Outback steak house ,has foods that?s also not steak that?s has great flavors ,the chicken was piping hot and crispy ,with a... side of Fries ,is a good combination .with a coke cola to was hit down the fries was also piping hot and it taste fresh . Thisplace is kinda pricey , also I wish they had wet napkins the service was kinda slow inside the restaurant was clean ,but to dark for me .it wasn?t to bad not to cold not to hot so out of all that I give it 4 stars out 5. The food was okay. Definitely went downhill. I only ate an appetizer. My steak wasn't cooked right after waiting for almost an... hour with barely anyone there. I just ended up sending it back and asking for it to be taken off so I didn't have to wait again.The server had no issue doing so. She was nice, but provided poor service. We had to ask for refills after she seen them emptyand walked away. When we paid we seen her pay it out then she took the cards in the back to grab a tray and put them on the tryface up without covering them. Then proceeded to serve the food with one of the cards being face up right next another customer.The male host on shift yesterday was great! Super attentive to everyone coming in and we didn't have to wait at all for him toseat us. Super bad experience once we were sat. Definitely will go to harrisonburgs location next time. Read more
Ordered a Cesar salad with grill chicken. Chicken was dry and unseasoned. Asked for croutons and parmesan cheese only to arrive... home to none of the requested items were in the bag. Also there were no cutlery. But l received this loaf of burned bread. Thisis my first time trying Outback and will definitely be my last. The salad contained mostly the romaine hard ends. Most of thesalad was wasted and l paid $17.50. it's unfortunate to waste money in such hard economic times. Read more
Where do I start? 40 minute wait for a half empty restaurant. Get to our table and wait another half hour before we saw a... waitress...but she went to take the drink orders for the table across from us that just got seated. The restaurant wasfilthy...food and trash on the floors, menu and table were sticky. We ended up leaving, and with how dirty it was we wereprobably better off in the long run. As we were leaving, several of the wait staff were having cigarettes outside the backdoor....probably WHY it took so long for service and the restaurant was in disrepair. We went down the street toApplebee's....better decision immediately. The restaurant was clean, the staff was attentive, and the food was delicious minusany food poisoning we would have gotten at Outback. Not ever going to Outback again. Read more
The service was great but so much else was not! 1. I paid extra for Garlic Butter on my steak, HUGE mistake. It was mostly salt... and I scraped what I could off. 2. Our blooming onion was undercooked and raw in the middle. You can see where oil didn?t eventouch the batter. 3. It took 15 minutes to get A1 sauce after receiving our steaks and the bottle was absolutely filthy. 4.The bathrooms were not clean. More than $100 on just food and we were not satisfied. We did bring up the issues to thewaitress, but nothing was done to make our food satisfactory. Read more
We tried to get dinner on Nov 6 2022 but Tanya, the waiter take us to the table with very bad and unfriendly aptitude been... racist and bad service. We ask for a house salad and cesar salad, as you can see in the pics the lettuce was in bad shape, weasked her to replace them, she just took the plates and turn her back to us without a comment. We claimed to the manager andleft. I hope she can remedy that kind of unacceptable service. Read more
