My daughter, my grandkids and I love coming here because of Carolyn. Carolyn always greets us. She loves our children as if... they were her own. What a fantastic location! Traveling through here headed to Richmond, we stopped and enjoyed the Panera experience as intended... across their brand. Service was great, food was on par, and the tea was so fresh. This is probably one of the largestlocations we've ever visited. Read more
I was disappointed with my experience at this location. I ordered online and the food I got was a far cry from what I expected.... My sandwich was haphazardly thrown together and the ingredients were all clumped together on one side of the sandwich. When Isay this, I mean that I ate a few bites of only chicken and then got two bites of only onion. I got my son a kid's grilledcheese and the cheese was brown from being overcooked. Couldn't help but wonder how that even happens with a grilled cheese..? Iwill probably not be back to this location, but I still like Panera. Giving 2 stars because it was ready on time and on theshelf where it was supposed to be. Read more

The workers acted extremely confused. Genuinely sounds weird but it was like none of them had any idea of what they were doing... when we ordered, when they gave us the food, and when we had to go back cause we weren't given utensils.
