As always, never run to any restaurant upon their grand opening. I waited one month. Food was edible but I asked for spicy. Was... not spicy and could have been cooked better. Now a few months later I order a 3pc chicken and a 12pc nugget, both spicy. It wasread back to me correctly. Then I was asked if I needed sauce. I said ?yes, sweet heat please?? confirmed and awaited my order.Fresh cooked in the bag and off to enjoy over 26 dollars worth of food with a friend. Met with friend to eat? no eatingutensils, no sauce at all, chicken was flavorless other than the saturated grease crispy coat tasting like flavorless grease,slightly charred. Don?t advertise the spicy option or ask me which type of sauce I would like if you aren?t gonna provide thesechoices. I've been twice since the opening. Only once did I order food for myself. I must say, they did a spectacular job both times. The... line was around the lot, because it was the 2nd day and I was only in line for 36 minutes. Both times the service has beenspeedy, professional and friendly. I think their doing a good job so far. I look forward to seeing this establishment flourish,we need more job opportunities over here. Read more

I Would've given zero stars if possible. The first problem was that when I ordered 3 of the number one combos I only received 2... of them, when going back, I had no problem getting my food, but the main issue was the food sandwiches were cold and the frieshonestly tasted like they had been sitting out all day, the drinks were also not even filled up all the way. I would love to beable to get in contact with someone so I can get my money back because I tried contracting the store and nobody answered. Read more
General manager is rude, poor communication skills. Don?t come within 30 minutes of their opening time or he will get upset with... you for ordering. Employees are okay, when they understand you. Pretty clear he has a favorite type of person from the group hehas working. Read more
