Went to this taco this morning and a man spoke through the speaker to come to window, Once at the window said they don?t open... until 9:30am. So waited at 9:30 went to order and He said the same thing come to the window. Then told me that they can not dobreakfast because they didn?t have time to prepare everything! WTF? Much better than last time I went. We had quit coming here due to how rude the staff was and the quality of food. My husband... and I decided to go again because we got off work late. The young lady in the drive thru was very nice and the food was muchbetter. Read more
I know staff is hard to find these days, but someone needs to seriously look at this location. Food is not prepared correctly.... The dining room is closed 90% of the time (handwritten notes posted all over doors stating "dining room closed due to lack ofstaff") 85% of the time they close the drive-thru due to lack of staff. Was going to rate this place 5 stars because it was nice see them picking up the place and keeping it nice and the window... attendant was nice however I specifically ordered a steak quesadilla with no creamy jalapeño sauce. Every time I come to this store in particular they always ask if I want sauce. they then put no sauce in the bag making me have... to come inside to get it myself. That was no different today. I also ordered a Cravings Box that was supposed to come with adoritos locos taco supreme but they have given me a regular crunchy taco which is on a very stale shell. the chalupa was verylight on ingredients and smashed I'm guessing from aggressive wrapping. The lady at the drive thru window looked at everyonewith this look of disgust like the existence of everyone besides herself was a joke. she seemed to be very poorly trained as sheseemed thrown off by basic responses like "I want a little bit of every sauce." as I walked in to get my sauce I got a nastyglance from the lady in drive thru followed by the slumping of shoulders and an eye roll making me feel as if she knew exactlywhy I was in there and that I was petty for it. while this happened There where 2 employees in the lobby when I came throughdiscussing I'm guessing out of work life stuff. but they were pretty loud and using unprofessional language the entiretime. The whole store just strikes me as untrained and without leadership. very unprofessional and disappointing. You can makethe store pretty to the eyes but those people in there make that store fowl.
