Ordered 2 large chilies with senior tea. Chili was hot and was seasoned well. Staff was attentive and engaging. We will return.

I love Wendy's, but this location doesn't seem to care that much - from the flattened rat in the drive through lane, to the... locked lobby when I came by for a pick-up, or when they got my order wrong and handed me a second wrong order when I came backfor them to fix it. Good, but this particular location was freezing this past Friday. We had to get our food to go because it was far too cold to... eat inside. Perhaps this was intentional by staff? Otherwise, the food is good and our orders have been accurate when we passthrough town. Read more
Paid $20 for NOTHING. Going through the drive thru, order two meals. After waiting 10 min, two grubby, grease soaked bags were... brought to our car. They were so gross, we asked for our money back. They said they could not do a refund but would leave a notefor the manager who would contact the home office who would send us a gift card. I will be VERY surprised if we receiveanything. STAY AWAY! The guy at the drive thru window tells us they don't have spicy chicken, but then he lets us get spicy chicken on our second... order. Then he tells us they don't have mustard, so we ask another employee at the second window and she happily gives it to us.We were perfectly polite because I know customer service can be stressful, so he had no reason to have such an attitude and lieto us twice. Kind people, they get my order right more than other places around this area. Most the staff are teens, so they seem nervous at... times, or not taking their job serious. They are not rude, just kids being kids. Management is always polite and service with asmile though. This overall is slightly above average for the area. Read more
