Traveling thru, we stopped here for a quick dinner and break from the car. The mgr, mona I believe, ran an absolute rockstar... crew. I don't frequent this location often & for good reason. Last time, employees were smoking right outside by the drive thru... speaker when they have a huge lot in the back they could go to. Today, I ordered a reuben.As you can see in the picture, it waspitifully made. I kindly said something, and after the 1st person said" mama there may be a problem with this sandwich, youhandle it"(super unprofessional)...."mama" came over and immediately gave me the corporate answer instead of fixing the problem.It looked nothing like the picture and she knew it! Then we got to overhear the staff bickering. When you post signs all overabout being nice because they are short staffed, it goes both ways. Had the new fish today and it's excellent and a great value, I had the 5 piece anyway I hope arbys keeps fish on the menu it... will save me a trip to long john silvers which there is no comparison to how good arbys was today Read more
We ate in Lake Junaluska NC at my family reunion. I got the French dip combo with curly fries. It was good.
The "new" burger, ya'll! It was fantastic!! This dining room was packed but still spotless. AND the customer service was... spectacular. Probably the best Arby's in the region. Read more
