This is consistently a poorly run Bojangles. Every time I go, the chicken is tough and lukewarm. The Bo rounds are usually not... fresh either. They let food sit out way too long even during busy hours. Incredibly frustrated and hope they can get ittogether. Read more
If you want seasoned fries don?t go here. The one in canton apparently hasn?t been seasoning fries either. I go to bojangles for... seasoned fries and they haven?t been doing it. Food was good but while waiting in drive thru. Whoever was running drive thru kept rushing me to complete my order I wanted a... meal an a extra steak biscuit. But as soon as I told the lady what meal I wanted she instantly gave me a price before I finishedtrying to order. Then I get to the window to find out that they are out of the drink I ordered. Then I asked for bo sauce an satthere for another 2 minutes for them just to tell me they didn't have any. So I say "how bout some ranch" an she said only thingis we have to charge 25 cents for that which I was fine with but I went to pull my debit card back out an the worker huffed notso silently so I told her not to worry bout it. But yeah I think I'll just start taking myself back to Hardee's next door as ihave the last 2 times. Read more
What is happening to Bojangle's??? Both Waynesville locations are having serious problems. We were just trapped in line at the... Hazelwood (S. Main) location for an hour and couldn't escape because of the curbs. The lobby is closed/door locked so thereisn't a restroom to use. And the payoff? A thin disk of a biscuit.. Read more
So Bojangles on my list doesn't disappoint but there are times when the biscuits are a little flat or the bacon is overcooked or... whatever. Still good but not great. This Bojangles the biscuits were sooooooo good. Fluffy, fresh made, buttery. The hash brownswere just the right crispy on the outside. Quick service! Read more
Food portions are small at best but flavor is good my biggest problem is when I rarely eat here its a to go order and there's... always something missing. Must be a new way for them to save money. Anyone who can't get one order correct sure as hell doesn'tdeserve the 15 dollars an hour these little kids think they deserve. Read more
Very long waiting time. You can hear staff goofing off when others are saying that the food is ready and to hand out orders, no... one comes to the window or pays you any mind. I ordered seasoned fries and they came out with no seasoning on them at all. Iunderstand the stresses of work and I typically don't complain since I have worked food service, but someone needs to tell theemployees at this location to get their act together. The food isn't my main concern, my main concern is that no one in thestore takes their job seriously. Read more
