Wish I would have started going here years ago. Food is way better than typical fast food and the service is always top notch... too! Amazing concept... pay your workers a good wage and they do good work, even with plenty of smiles on their faces! Place an extremely large order over a week ahead of time for an event over $1,000.00. I called and spoke to a manager several... times to confirm order and delivery. The day of event the order arrived incorrect. I had ordered 25 vegetarian salads (No meat)and 55 boxed lunched with several assorted gallons of beverages. The salads all arrived with chicken on them. Needless to saythey took my money anyway with no offer of a credit. They won't be getting my business again. Read more
This is a great place. We love their frozen lemonade. They get very busy on their lunch time but the drive through lines moves... very fast. The food is always fresh and the staff is very friendly. Read more
He1st bad experience ever. The order was incomplete and I asked to have it refunded on my card for the missing items but they... didn't want to do that but they wanted me to spend more in gas than the items are worth. Fast food is getting ridiculous. Read more
False advertising for hourly rate. Training is $10 and after training is done the management take their time and always too busy... to pay the correct rate. Even with a hard working and respectful employee. After a month of chasing management, I advised myteen to turn in his 2 week notice. Also, the waynesville store punishes their employees by taking away their free meals when thedrive through number are not as fast as they like them. They did this for almost 2 weeks. That is supposed to be a benefit ofworking there. And the crew that ?messed up? was not even the same shift as my teen. They don?t care, all employees gotpunished. We were traveling through and my boyfriend had a gift card, so we stopped by. We ate inside, but the drive-through looked very... streamlined and manageable. I got the 3-count chicken strips meal with mac and cheese as my side and the cloudberry sunjoy as mybeverage (both the side and the drink had upcharges, so it was $9.85 for my meal instead of the $7.99 with fries and a regulardrink). Suezee was our cashier and she was very nice! The food was brought to our table within 5 minutes. The quality wasup-to-par with all of Chick-fil-A?s food, so it was expected, but the food was very good. We definitely had a nice experiencedining, as it was very clean and comfortable! Read more
