Food: It's Hardee's breakfast. Service: the restaurant only had the drive-thru open with 1 to 2 employees working. The cashier... looked beat and it was only 8:15. Heck, for all I know, she could have been the cook and manager as well. That's why atmospheregot a 1 star. Not their fault because this happens everywhere in our area. Read more
I hesitated leaving this review, I hate leaving negative reviews, only about 4-5 in thousands I've done. Overall I have to say,... the food's not bad at all, but the hygiene was a very very lacking. The counter look like it had grease smeared all over it,with handprints, and what looked like slime on it. When they handed us our cups they put them face down on all that grease. Mywife politely said she didn't want the cup because it was rubbed across all that filthy grease, he just picked it up, and threwit on the floor behind him. The guy cooking in the back had his pants around his ankles. I'm talking I can see his entireunderwear and his legs his pants were so low. The trash was filled up to the top. And most of the tables for dirty, even thoughthere was only two people eating inside. There was water and soda and trash all over the drink area. Many items, haven't hadthem months, they said there's only one kids meal. But they keep advertising the other two options. Asked why it's still clearlyposted on the wall, he said they stopped serving them over 3 months ago and aren't allowed to take down the sign. In order toget the hamburger they wanted, just had to get a regular adult meal for the kids. Trash clearly visible problem on the floor andthe counters in the back where they were cooking, you could see it from the front. Bathroom has a code on the women's door, notthe guys. I had placed my order online through the app to save time so I could just come in and get my order and leave. That didn?t... happen. I walked in and was not greeted, no one cared that I was there, and they took peoples order behind me before evenacknowledging I was there. They finally started making my food after already standing there for 5 minutes watching each employeewanting to leave to go take a smoke break. All employees looked miserable to be at work at 11:30 a.m. I will never come back tothis restaurant. The employees were more worried about taking their smoke break then their own job. Pitiful service and pitifulfood. Our order wasn?t even right after having to stand there and wait. Save yourself the headache and go literally anywhereelse. While waiting for my order I watched who I can only assume was a ?manager? there today; she was telling the cashier toring in her friends meals as employee meals so they didn?t have to pay anything. The owner of the store ought to know why he orshe is losing business giving away a lot of free meals and disappointed paying customers. Read more
I've been to this Hardee's on several occasions, but this is my last time. First went through the drive through to avoid getting... nasty attitude looks from Ashleigh inside (someone I don't even know and never have known.) So, I drive up to order and I wasimmediately informed that I would have to come inside if I needed a drink as their ice machine was down, I was polite andunderstanding. So I go inside and place my order. I pay for a large drink and was charged. The employee then informed me theywere out of large cups and asked if I wanted two medium cups instead. I asked for a refund and then paid for 1 medium. I go toget Coke Zero and it is out... I get my food and sit down to eat my sausage biscuit, but it is full of egg shells. Introduction to the drive thru was a note listing all of the items they don't carry and not to complain bc it's due to shortages... and not their fault. Definitely wasn't a good sign of things to come. Our food was cold, greasy and salty. I don't hold superhigh standards when it comes to fast food but I do appreciate when it's at least edible, especially after being on the road for8 hours. The cashier was friendly and funny but insisted on roasting my husband. Poor guy was tired and just minding his ownbusiness while she handed the "food" to us. I get that she was trying to be funny but she was stepping over the line from funnyto being downright mean and he's a great guy who didn't deserve it. I don't want to see her lose her job, just tone itdown. When we're travelling through the area again we'll definitely keep driving and thank the gods that at least we didn't getill from our one and only visit to this location. Read more
Place looks great after a remodel. We came in at 5am and only 3 members were working so service was slow. The employees were... very friendly and nice though and they breakfast platter was good. I'm always a fan of hardees biscuit and gravy Read more
It was ok food was mediocre and they messed up on my order. The normal fast food taste. They were packed that day so that may... have had something to do it with the order being messed up but they made it right. Read more
