Service was poor. I asked for the sausage in the big breakfast to be exchanged for hashbrowns. The cashier said they would do... that, but the she charged more for the hashbrown. So I said no never mind just leave the sausage in the meal. When at thepickup window, the sausage was not included. Then after driving to a near by park 2 or 3 miles, I didn't get a fork in the bagto eat the eggs and pancakes with? I am simply giving my experience. Byer beware. Currently workers are super sweet and courteous. In the past they had a few rude and loud mouthed ones. In the past they have... shut down or taken breaks with no sign or no answering at the drive thru. It used to be really confusing. I like this new batchof employees very much!! The parking lot and placement of facility needs improvements. McDs should definitely think about a newlocation as their current location doesn't hold the customer line they regularly have. I've stopped going for a long time andjust recently tried back again. So far the food has been fresh and looks a little cleaner. I hope McDs is trying to improve andthis new group of employees works out. Maybe I will become a customer again. Read more
The staff was friendly and the food was of a typical quality to McDonalds expectations. The star rating is 100% focused on their... traffic flow capabilities. I'm not sure what contractor approved this layout, but it doesn't work at all. The tight corners ofthe entrance and exit from the main road, the single exit option, and proximity to other cars during this transition make it astressful experience that leaves a sour taste to what should be a good experience at a cool looking McDonalds. I drive my wifeto and from work every day of the week and I can't think of a single time there hasn't been a line into the main road caused bycars trying to figure out how to maneuver out after purchase. This facility needs an independent exit, a necessary fix, toimprove customer experience greatly. Relying on being the only McD in the area as your security net is unfair to your customers.You can do better, I know you can. Read more

If there was a negative 5 star review It would be to good for the Waynesville McDonald's, we wait in line for 20 mins get to the... speaker wait 10 more minutes no one ever said a word, so I think its not working, pull around d to window, the lady says o wellu have to go ba k threw the line its not fair to everyone there's only 2 ppl working. if i could leave 0 star i would but went here tonight and waited in line for almost 10 minutes saying they were cooking the... burger at the 2nd window we get our food and leave, get home take 3 bites just for it to be raw and pink.. and the fries wherecold and old?disgusting!!!! Read more
They prematurely closed the dining room because ?they didn?t have the help? before 7:30pm even though the hours on the door said... they are open until 11pm. This information was received not from a notice of update on the door, but after I called the phonenumber. Also, we sat there knocking on the door for a couple mins with no worker coming to the door to explain. Veryunprofessional.
