I have never had a harder time trying to make an order over the phone. This will more then likely be the last time I try. Eather... Nice staff but the last 2 times I have been both of my stuffed crust pizzas have been burnt bread an cheese. I probably won't be... back until they stop burning the pizzas I want a soft pizza not a brick. Read more
Wish I could give no stars! The staff was super rude, my pizza was 2 hours late and was cold. I was told he had other orders to... drop off before mine, cause I ask of he got lost... very very dissatisfied!! Read more
Our order was missing fries and drinks so we called. Nobody would answer the phone or even talk to me about it. Now I'm out the... money for that. I will not order from here again. Not the first time this has happened. I just want my money back. Read more
Delivery order never showed up. I tried calling the store to check on the order and was disconnected twice. I usually order pick... up from this store, but needed delivery due to an injury. I?ll never use them again. I pre-paid for the order so will have totake it up with the credit card company. Do you yourself a favor and chose another place to order a pizza. Read more
Very,very disappointed. Placed order for delivery with David, he was very hard to understand, It seemed he also had trouble... understanding me. I gave him the address 3 times with zip code. I got a call 40 minutes later they said they had the wrongaddress when I gave them the correct address they said it was 8 miles out of their delivery zone. I called today around 3pm to place a order for delivery it was awful! The lady couldn't understand me nor could I understand her... ( she was unable to speak English very well). Instead of getting someone else to take my order she just hung up the phone! Icalled back a couple of times no one would answer the phone. Thanks to Popa John's I got a a delicious pizza with no problems! I guess Pizza Hut doesn't need the business. Looking at the reviews there might be a time when you wished you had a businessat all!
