We were on a mid week trip to Cherokee,NC and went up to Waynesville for a short touristy visit. It?s one of our favorite... places. We always look to eat at somewhere we haven?t been before when we go. The Patio was a wonderful place to eat. The quichewas delicious, as was the acorn squash soup. A quaint and pleasant place to stop for a meal while in Waynesville. Service wasequally good. We will certainly be back on our next visit. Read more
Our go-to restaurant in Waynesville. Tracey has tasty food, good prices, a lovely dog-friendly patio to sit at and enjoy the... flowers and great ambiance. The salads are wonderful, sandwiches and wraps are great, cookies at the cash register are temptingand a real treat. Only open till 3 so be sure you get there for breakfast or lunch. Enjoy!! I was NOT expecting the quality of food that we received. The chicken salad sandwich is OUT OF THIS WORLD! The same can be said... about that chicken noodle soup. Absolutely delicious! Great little restaurant that we stopped for lunch. Everything we had was very tasty. They also have a few types of beer and some... mimosas too. There is ample outdoor seating in the back and to the side. Staff was very pleasant and accommodating. It was cleanand had good vegetarian options. What a great place for a quick bite. Everything on the menu is made from scratch. I?m obsessed with the homemade pita chips that come on the side with soups and... salads. I love the Patio salad, the quiche and ALL the soups. You can get fresh mimosas, beer and wine. The outside patio isbeautiful. There are plants and flowers everywhere you look. It?s dog friendly and they will even provide you with a dog bowlof water. Love this little sandwich shop!! Made fresh to order. If you're a sweet tea drinker... Theirs is good! Inside and outside... eating. Macaroni salad is good! The wraps are HUGE! Roast beef melt and turkey bacon melt are yummy!! The Greek wrap is supergood! I haven't had anything there that I haven't liked!! Inside seating it a little tight but fine. Excellent Thanksgiving catered takeout meal! Saw the sign to order ahead for Thanksgiving dinner, picked up the day before, and... enjoyed very much when we were supposed to. Value! Taste! A great buying experience! We saw and heard both staff and customersbeing kind towards one another--I mean out of the ordinary stuff, not just being polite.
