Wow just wow Waynesville I hope you know what you got.We live on the coast and we?re sushi eaters regularly. Was a bit skeptical... getting sushi/sashimi in the mountains but man oh man was this amazing top to bottom it didn?t disappoint in any way and evensurpassed some of the sushi places we have on the coast. Wonderful! I was shocked at how fresh the sushi was. The freshest I've ever had and I live near the coast. How is theirs so... fresh being so far from the sea??? They were super busy so we had to wait a bit, but it ended up being totally worth it. We gotthe party platter for 2 and General Tso's chicken. All so good. We went to the door and it was locked and almost left when we realized they had another door, they need a sign that says ?enter... to your right?. We walked in and the hostess had a mouth full of food and talked to us while chewing so we got a good view ofher food (yuk). She lead us to the patio and we sat down, immediately our waitress and someone else came to get our drink order,then our food order was brought with no silverware but she caught it before we even noticed. If I could give this restaurant 10 stars I would! Excellent service, Azzy was so attentive and took great care to help my... partner with choices his gluten intolerance and gave us suggestions and recommendations and was just a very kind person andserver. The food was so incredible, freshly made down to the most delicious fried rice I've ever had, honestly. The Sushi ishands down the best in the area west of Asheville and worth our 25 minute drive from Sylva. This is our new favorite, We can'twait to try all the other menu items soon! Read more

Service was excellent, our server was very polite and even though busy helped us with everything we needed. Sushi was fresh and... very well made with quality ingredients. All of our dishes were made spectacular with fine quality ingredients. Definitely a gemto visit! Next time we come to town we will definitely come back! Great food and service, even though it was busy. One dish was too spicy for a party member and they had no problem swapping it... out without sauce. Only restaurant I've eaten at in decades with stainless steel chopsticks. Sashimi was fresh. Others had sushiroll, Thai coconut soup and vegetable tempura. Sanitizing station with masks outside entrance. Hand sanitizer at table. Theyare doing a great job keeping everyone safe. Read more
