Friendly service and the food was fresh. I really enjoyed the bacon burger but it could it used a bigger piece of lettuce.
So we ordered DoorDash from this Wendy's today and our meal was given away to the wrong person by Wendy's. Our dasher asked them... to remake the meal and they refused. So we canceled our meal and decided to just go to Wendy's to try and reorder. It.Management was nothing but rude. Highly do not recommend this Wendy's. Read more
Rough experience here recently attempting to dine in. Only 2-3 people working, cashier was clearly stressed, drink machine did... not work, order was wrong, overall was not very clean, ketchup was empty. On a positive note it was easy to get in and out ofand the drive through wait time was low even at 6PM peak time. Read more
50/50 if they will get the order correct and if the food will be fresh or old; extremely slow even when they have enough people;... extremely rude to the public; extremely rude to their DoorDash delivery drivers, do not seal the bags by policy for delivery,and they make the drivers pour the customers drinks which isn't allowed by policy and/or OSHA standards; and whatever closingmanager that works every evening needs to be replaced, he's completely rude to every customer, rude to his workers and allaround terrible. It's a fast food restaurant so what can you say about fast food. Food was made to order to my specifications it was hot when I... received it. The burgers were very tasteful, and again, made to my order. And the price was fair. Again, this is just a fastfood restaurant don't know if they're an independent franchise or company store but if you're in Waynesville for fast foodthey're decent. Read more
I was a little disappointed with the $5.00 Bag meal. The burger is so small it left me still feeling hungry. I also feel like... the Chicken Nuggets are very processed. They were spongy. Of course good Bar B Q sauce can make anything taste good. I think Iwill just stay with the Dave's Number 1 ,large fries and a large Pepsi. Read more
