DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. I grew up in Haywood and I have never seen Zaxbys service this bad. Every time I come the drive thru wait... is 30 min or more. Tonight I sat in the drive through for a total of 48 minutes. All I ordered was Big Zac snack, traditionalwings and a side of fries. I pull up to the window to pay and after I have paid the lady tells me that it?s gonna be an extra 10min because they didn?t have any wings ready. I pull up to the next window to wait on my food and it was a good 15 min wait forthe food. The rest of the 33 min I was there I was just sitting in line. I will NOT be recommending this Zaxbys to anyone and Iwill not be returning. All I got from the employees were ?sorry for the wait?. No drive thru should take 48 min!! I could havebeen through the local McDonalds 3x in the time I was at Zaxbys and all the locals should know how slow the McDonald?s is too. Read more

It was ok. The people were friendly but it look abandoned. Lobby was not open, even though when we looked it up on line and it... said they were open for dine in, so we had to eat in our car, this was a big negative. Doubtful we would return. Read more

Even though their menu is limited, food was great and service awesome. Only 4 stars because while we were being served, a staff... member walked out of the kitchen to a drink machine smoking a cigarette. Really! Smoking in the kitchen or building is notallowed. We were in drive-thru but still against Zaxby's rules. He should have been sent home or written up. Dont really wantfood made by someone smoking. Read more

We try to eat here once every 6 months and each time I remember why we never eat there. Worst service, worst food. The inside is... never open. Waited in the drive thru for 40 minutes, only to get up to the window and learn they?re out of what I ordered and itwould take ten additional minutes to make it. The poor car behind me waited just as long and they told them they were no longertaking orders. This place needs to shut down once and for all. Read more

I know times are tough right now. Staffing is tough. Supply chain is touch. BUT, I am very tired of paying for food & not... getting what I paid for at this location. Twice now I've gotten a chicken salad with no chicken at all. Twice that's a $9 boxof lettuce. No cheese, no dressing, no toast, chicken. My 3rd messed up order, I app'd in as always so it's in writing. Chicken was fried, not grilled. I requested a non dairy dressing. I got ranch, which I can't eat. The gentleman at the counter (Patrick) noticed I couldn't see the wall menu well, he gave me a paper menu to look at - real nice... of him. Jen was my cashier and she was super friendly and helpful - as this was my 1st trip to Zaxby's. It was a beautiful day &I was able to enjoy it at the outdoor tables. Everything was very clean and it was nice to know how many calories were in thedishes -- easier to calculate how many hours of Zumba I'd need to counter the deliciousness - I'd definitely go back if I hadthe chance.
