The drive-thru line was quite long when I came to this establishment but they had it moving quickly! 4 stars because of how the... drive-thru is designed, the line can end up all the way to the road. But they do move it fast! Which is something that can't besaid for many McDonald's. Read more
I have seen an improvement in service lately!
Best service I have ever received in a McDonald?s. You could tell the worker really cared about his job and the satisfaction of... his customers. When they were out of Mcchickens, this man gave us an entire bag of fries for free. I love this McDonald?s and Iwill most definitely be returning for more late night snacks. Read more
A very ?happy? place for the employees, I guess. It was very slow with no one in the dining room when we arrived. We looked... around before we ordered and we?re disgusted with what we saw. Dirty tables, food on the floor, and employees laughing andgiggling it was a party. There were a few workers managing the drive through but the rest we?re having a good time! We decidednot to eat here and just get a couple of drinks. My wife?s hot chocolate was good, however; my coffee was like warm, strongsmelling and bitter tasting. Guess it had been sitting around for a while. We took our drinks to go so we could not return thecoffee. We just kept driving home and next time we are back in Waynesville, we will not stop at this ?Happy? place!!! Very clean and modern. Server was a joy to be around. Double cheeseburger"s beef was very thin and small.
