As a frequent Chipotle customer, I had the most shockingly horrible experience at this location. I had arrived to the location... and stood at the front of the line on 10/28/2022 to place an order. I stood there for 10 minutes waiting to be addressed by theemployee as he was busy filling online orders. After 10 minutes he looks up at me and tells me he can't place my order becausethey are only accepting online orders, and that I should have known because of the signs placed at the front door. The signswere small, and I never saw them so I couldn't believe he didn't mention it to mean as I stood there waiting for the amount oftime that I did. I asked why he was unable to ring me up and he used foul language telling me I should have seen the signs. Hewas extremely rude, wasted my time, and failed to apologize. He was younger, had longer, dark blonde hair, and was on the tallerside but I did not get his name. I have never had such a poor experience with Chipotle. I left an e-mail with Chipotle customersupport to bring this to the attention of the location's manager because they don't accept direct phone calls, but I honestlydon't feel they will follow through. Desperately need some way to find out online if the restaurant is taking in person orders or only digital. I will not get burned... by the quality, inconsistency, and wait for a digital order again. I?m perfectly willing to order in person, but half the timewhen you show up it?s only digital. Owner operated Chick-fil-a and Culver?s manage to have plenty of staff. It?s 7:30 on aSaturday. Absolutely horrible!!! The place is dirty, and the staff is lazy and absolute careless. I arrived there 1h30min before they... close, and they were out of some items (including the new steak, the reason why I was there), and they said that they were notgoing to make more. Since I was already there, I made another other, came home the rice was completely uncooked. Gave one start,because I couldn't give zero. I know that the business will not do anything about the several bad reviews, but I hope thatpeople will see our reviews and stop going there. Maybe, they will learn then. Read more

Their heart is in the right place, their restaurant is not. Last night they did a fundraiser for my son's elementary school. We... went there and found the parking lot was completely full with no sign of improvement. We drove all the way around the parkinglot in hopes of finding a spot and noticed there were maybe 5 customers inside Chipotle. I don't know what the rest of the carswere doing but clearly they weren't eating there. This has been the worst experience I?ve had with an order of food. Online only, charged me for chips but didn?t have any. Then... told to me go online to get my own refund. Also took 40 minutes to make one burrito. How can a restaurant be this terrible? Iwould never tell anyone to go here. I would tell people to never come here. Worst chipotle ever. Read more

May 18th around 9:30pm it was very busy and the staff seemed to be a little frustrated due to it almost being close time and a... late night rush. I noticed customers making errors from my observation, where the chipotlors ???? had to make the whole mealsover. You could see the frustration but a couple employees played it cool. But i noticed. Next up was me with my complicated 2meals; Noah is who stood out to me with great customer service skills from when i placed my order i said it very fast to helpspeed things up he got it done perfectly and quickly. Next i was checking out i asked for lemons and limes i was told none wasavailable. Noah of course pop up and said ?yes there is? a fellow employee denied again he stated like no they are in the backand proceed to get them. Mostly every chipotle i go to I?m told they don?t have them. I really appreciate Noah and thinks hedeserves Kudos for being a overall good person. I personally wanted to tip him only but went to get cash and @9:48 i made itback to chipotle to tip him but the door was locked due to the still long line. Noah deserve praise great work!!! Ps. Feels like chipotle is slipping through the cracks. Including Wayzata. It?s not as clean or efficient. Staff members genuinely... have a look of confusion about how to make your order. I say pinto beans and they stare at me like I?m in the wrong restaurant.Felt sloppy, hope they turn it around as it was a family ?go-to? for years. Read more
