Funny story. I've been a huge fan of Punch since I was little. Most of the time, I eat at the Eden Prairie location, and... occasionally Northeast. One day, I was craving Punch, and this location happened to be the closest on Google Maps, so Iselected it. When I went in, I was absolutely shocked. I genuinely believed this location was just a non-existent place mybrain had made up in a dream. Turns out I had just only been here once when I was little so the memory was very hazy, andproceeded to spend the rest of my life believing that this place wasn't real. Usually a great experience but not this time. This place while having the literal best pizza on earth, had disappointing service... tonight. My boyfriend ordered a Margarita pizza and it was taking quite awhile, we were all halfway done eating when he went toask about it. We all work in service and are hesitant to cause any kind of problem- but when he went to ask about it the youngwoman behind the counter told the other young woman to give him the margarita pizza that had just come up and she rudely replied?No? breezed past him and gave the pizza behind us to some girls that she was obviously friends with due to the attitude she hadthat the rest of us saw when she brought it to them. Excellent pizza ???? ???? Website is a little difficult to navigate for a first time user, but the pizza is worth it.
I had a friend visiting from California and I was talking up Punch and couldn?t wait to grab pizzas there and go have a sunset... picnic by the lake. We walked in and the cashier told us it would be a 45 min wait- there were only TWO customers inside soapparently they were prioritizing online orders rather than serving the in-person customers. She was so rude and unapologetic itwas so strange. I was so embarrassed that I talked it up so much- we ended up getting pizzas at Josefina (that will be my go toplace from now on). Delicious menu options but order ahead. Can be longer wait times! ????4 pizzas and a salad later we were in pizza heaven! ! One... additional note of caution, extra toppings were difficult to spot. Next time I will just go with the standard order and savesome $$$ Read more
I love Punch. Amazing pizza, great service. However, staffing (like many other places) has made it impossible to dine there. An... empty dining room and an hour wait time for pizza. To the owners, you will have to solve the staffing puzzle to stay inbusiness. I implore you to resolve this issue, or go back to take-out only, like during quarantine a couple of years ago. Read more
