Food was good, but employee who helped was very rude and had a horrible attitude for no reason.
Wait staff was utterly rude as can be. She could not get my daughters order correct the 3 times she told her and had the... audacity to slam her hand on the counter when I spoke up and told her she was wrong again and what she wanted. When taking myorder she couldn?t understand or didn?t want to understand and brought in another employee. Btw this man was amazing howeverchicken was cold, okra was cold and rubbery. Overall bad experience, I would not recommend this restaurant fast food place toanyone. Read more
Super slow, cold undercooked food, rude staff and they charge extra for paying with card. I almost always have issues with this... place and since corporate doesn't exist, I just avoid them. Their prices are super high, you'd think the food would at least becooked right. Read more
Chicken tenders were old, rubbery, and tiny, they could have been nuggets. Gravy was so liquid and the lid wasn?t secured so it... spilled all over me before I even opened the box. Sweet tea was disgusting, barely any sugar and tasted old. And apparently theyonly give you 8 fried pickles now, which were also tiny. If you want chicken go literally anywhere else. I?ve had issues withthis location before and thought since it had been awhile I would try it again and it was worse than ever. I would give 0 starsif I could. Read more
We loved going here when we came to town every month before getting the groceries at Wal-Mart. But the last two times we've... been, the doors have been locked cause of being short staffed is what the manager told me the first time when i called. Thesecond time the doors were locked there was one employee that came outside as we was pulling in the parking lot & sheimmediately turned around went inside locking the door behind her. I look inside & there was absolutely no food made nor any onthe warming/ heating section. That 1 employee was no where to be seen & didnt see anyone else. I called the store but the phonewasnt working like it was out of order, didnt pay the bill? We might give it one more try this coming month on our trip to town(35 min one way) for groceries & supplies. Read more
I don't know if it's from the supplier or a local issue but the food quality seems to have notably decreased. The okra is bland... and the chicken strips are mostly breading. They did change to bigger tubs of gravy though, so, I guess that's better? Read more
If you pay cash it's cheaper! They charge you an extra 3.5% for using your card!
