We ordered 3 pizzas yesterday and went to pick them up instead of delivery. I ordered using PayPal and it was a smooth... transaction. They were done at the time promised. I got to my air b and b and tried to order and they said because of past residents they needed cash only. I was even willing to... pay with my debit card over the phone. I will never deal with dominos again. The only reason i gave them 1 star is because i hadto rate them. I cant help what happened before i got here. They acted like my money aint no good. Best Domino's pizza I ever had! Back in February my husband and I had Dominos delivered to the hospital. Ally made our food... EVERYTHING was perfectly made. We also ordered a lot of food. Josh delivered maybe 20-25 min from us ordering. Fast delivery andhe was a nice delivery driver my husband said. Everything was so hot and tasty. I recently ordered a couple pizzas , Garlic parmbites with extra Parmesan and a bread bowl for my husband. Lukkii did an amazing job with our food! I mean I hate to orderDomino's in Clinton even though it's closest to me. The parm bites hardly have any on them when I ask for extra Parmesan. Theyalso come out hard and over cooked. Lukkii made mine they were so soft and delicious. The meal was so good I have to give them 5stars for the meals and service I get at this Weatherford location. I highly recommend. Read more
I came in on Saturday, October 30. The staff greeted me when I walked in and asked if I was there to pick up an order. I... explained I tried to place an order online. Which then the employee explained and apologized why the online order system wasdown. They had a very large order for a homecoming they were working on. I called my husband to get our order together. I cameback to the register and waited a while to see if someone could take my order. A young gentleman saw I was standing there andasked if someone had taken my order I said no. He said OK I am sorry. As I proceeded to give my order he began to tell me itcould be 30 to 45 minutes but he was not sure. I asked him nicely to confirm an eta while I called my husband to explain thesituation. The gentleman came back and said it would be 15 to 30 minutes. We said OK. He finished taking my order. I sat andwaited inside. The staff was phenomenal. They were all working together making pizzas and cleaning the restaurant. Everyoneappeared calm. My food was ready within that 30 minute range. The food was also cooked to perfection. The gentleman brought themto the counter apologized again and thanked me for waiting patiently and being understanding. Please these people that workedthat night deserve a big Thank You and a applause! They showed what true customer service should look like! Thank you again!Good job everyone. Read more
Nice staff. Thin crust pizza picked up the moment it came out of the oven. Pretty good. What happened to putting enough sauce... on a pizza to make it flavorful? Most of the national chains are guilty of it. Surprising no one has raised the bar on taste andquality. Read more
In Weatherford, Oklahoma on Sunday (8/29/21) at approximately 6:25 pm, I stopped to pickup an ordered of about $30.00 worth of... pizza and bread sticks that my daughter ordered by phone. Having an ill family member, I was in a hurry to get home. I went tothe drive up and handed the male attendant at the window a $100 bill. He was quite short with me and said "I can't take that,you will need to go somewhere and break it". He handed it back and shut the window. Actually, I was going to tell him what hecould do with his pizza and bread sticks, however time did not allow because family members where waiting for me. I had to honkthe horn and he opened the window and said, "what"? Cars were waiting behind me also. I asked if they took credit cards and hesaid, "yes". After taking my card, closing the window and making the transaction, he came back, handed me the pizza, creditcard and receipt and shut the window. ???????? I'm a retired nurse and I know what busy is; but you DON"T treat a customer, norI hope I have never treated a patient like that! Apparently they don't take local checks, nor do they take real money, and theyhad plenty of customers, so unless you have a credit card with a low interest rate, I would advise against this place! Mydesire is not to see anyone fired in the times we live, however perhaps a quick course in PR would be in order. I have used a$100 dollar bill at other pizza places in Weatherford, OK on my way home and they have accepted it. No I'm not rich, however Ido not carry a lot of cash bills, but I try to keep $100 for emergencies. THE ONLY REASON I GAVE THIS LOCATION 2 STARS IS THATTHE PIZZA WAS GOOD! I hope this was not the manager and I trust that the rest of the staff conducts themselves moreprofessionally. Read more
