This was my first time at this Wendy's and I ordered via the app and picked it up through the drive thru. Food and service was... good, the only problem I really had was, I was given no straw with my drink (I had assumed it was in the bag) and no spoon forthe chili and it's sort of hard to eat chili without a spoon, luckily I carry extra plastic ware with me so I was able to eatthe chili. The food was nice - absolutely no complaint about the food. The staff, however, were extremely rude. We are on holiday from... England and are not familiar with the burgers in Wendy's. I politely asked the male cashier what was in a classic burger - heimmediately walked off and asked another member of staff to serve us. It felt like he didn't want to serve us because of ouraccent. (I was polite at all times). If it was because we asked what was in the burger, maybe they should have that informationon show somewhere. We certainly won't be using Wendy's again. Read more

I went through the drive thru this last week as I was in a hurry. I was asked to pull around to the front to wait for the fries... to finish cooking on our order. After waiting for 8 minutes, I went inside to the counter to find out what was taking so longand a young lady came to the counter with my order and said they were waiting on the cheese sauce (I had also ordered 4 sides ofthe cheddar cheese for our fries). When I got back to the car with the fries, I found that the cheese sauce was refrigeratorcold and very thin. So, I had to go back into the store and ask why I was given cold cheese sauce. The young girl at thecounter said, "I don't know, she just made it" (pointing to the young lady who was the manager that day). I told her that I'venever been given cold cheese sauce at Wendy's and wanted her to please give us some that was warm. The manager told her tomicrowave it for us. So I had to wait another 5 minutes for her to microwave the entire container of cheese sauce, which wasthen pretty much room temperature. Not a great first impression, that's for sure. Fast n friendly service. Restaurant was not very clean. Lots of debris visible in the kitchen area on the ground, with many... employees standing around doing absolutely nothing to correct it. Many of the dining table surfaces had pop rings / crumbs aswell. Clearly they don't believe in the "if you have time to lean, you have time to clean" concept here. Food was ok. Mynuggets were served lukewarm. However, the pop machine is actually properly calibrated. That alone saved the experience. Read more
We went through the drive thru around 8pm. They didn't look busy at all. We placed our order, paid at the first window... fine..then onto the next window where we waited and waited. I had time to get out of my car (I was in the passenger seat) goinside, use the restroom, wash my hands, take about 4 more pictures and back to the car where now we had a line of cars behindus and still waited a tad bit longer for the food. There was only one couple inside with two kids already eating. I only saw 4young males inside working, two of which was talking to each other, one was at the first window where we paid and one wasstanding holding a broom and listening to the ones that were talking. I did notice inside that the tables and fountain arealooked clean and it was pretty quiet. I don't have a clue what was going on with the drive thru. My son even asked for ketchupand didn't get it. The burgers and fries were good for a chain restaurant..the lemonade is a little too bitter for me. Food wasn't bad, came quick. Lady who took our order clearly didn't want to be at work. No tables were clean, cleaned ours... before leaving to help out. Bathrooms could also use assistance. Go through the drive through or use Doordarsh until the insidegets help. Read more
