I order 8 pieces chicken only all dark meat, was told that I had to order 10 pieces to get all dark I said ok, the cashier ... changed it and the total cost was actually cheaper, then the same manager said they didn't have enough dark meat to fill myorder I said ok give me mixed, they changed it back to the more expensive 8 pieces. got home and I had dried out over donestringy chicken and it was 4 legs 2 wings and two breast after being told that the reason I couldn't get all dark in the 8 piecewas because 8 piece has to get two of each. the manager stayed out of sight. Will never return again to this location. I did & it happen again, I took pictures of the Chicken they gave me same way as... before.. My chicken was not fresh had been under the light for too long.. This location is in Weatherford Tx no more to besaid & I Live here.. Read more
Got the family dinner and the chicken was cold and not fresh. It was our first time and it really didn't have much to offer... flavor wise. I think it will be hard for us to return especially with all the chicken options in town. Read more
Just left there 1 hour ago. I ordered a 15pc mixed chicken family meal and got tenders. The tenders were so covered in spicy... powder it was not edible. Got a gallon of unsweetened tea instead of sweet. Got 4 rolls when the meal comes with 6. Got aregular size French fry instead of family. I don?t have time to search through every single container of food with hungry kidsin the car. I noticed the fries and said hey whatever but when I got home and realized literally everything was wrong, I wasupset. I understand this place is ran by teenagers but so is chic Fil A? do better. Just left this place, we ordered 25 tenders with two sides and the price was higher than we anticipated. We tried to talk it out... at the window but she says that's the final price..told us to park at spot 5.Come to find out they wanted to charge us for 3sides since she came out to ask us what our 3rd side was! We paid already so didn't want to cause any more hassle.. Afterwaiting they bring the food out and we asked if they put our sauces in the bag. They said they did, but when we checked therewasn't any sauces! And no gravy! So the husband had to go in to get our sauces. I want to like this place so bad but everysingle time we come here there's always something they're messing up! Never again will we come here! Nothing but a big hassleand disappointment. I ordered an 8 pc mixed meal with potatoes and gravy and coleslaw and 2 tender meals with Mac n cheese. The 8pc was not mixed.... It was all fried and overcooked. No gravy for the potatoes. The 2 tender meals had cold Mac n cheese. Each meal had only 1/2 cupof gravy. All of the rolls were undercooked and smashed. This was not the first time. Service was okay, but I wasn?t asked if Iwanted extra drinks and no napkins or silverware were put in the bags. WORST MEAL EVER! Last time we?ll spend $50 on bad food. Read more
Typically quick service, this last visit not so much. Literally waited 25 minutes outside waiting on food from the drive thru. I... guess the manager came out and said they just wanted to make sure they had my order right. Come to find out that they had givenmy food to another customer that they had told to pull around. They ended up giving me a discount. Which was ok but notsatisfactory as I had to wait additional time for them to remake me order. Total time her was 35 minutes for a couple of meals.When in any form of customer service when a mistake happens, as we all know they do, just be honest with the customer from thebeginning and I promise things will be different. Golden Chick has one of the best fast food chicken sandwiches in my opinion. The staff was friendly at this location which is... always a plus. Plenty of napkins and ketchup in our bag without even having to ask. Read more
