Incompetent employees. Incapable of handling the minimal tasks that working at a fast food establishment involves. The infant... working the window this evening had zero customer service skills, was extremely rude, and shoved the order through the windoww/the contents of the bag falling out of their wrappers. It was a mess. Slowest KFC on the planet. Be prepared to wait aneternity. People were leaving the line one after another. Unfortunately, we had already paid so we couldn?t. Terrible serviceevery time I have made the mistake of going to this location. They weren?t busy at all so that?s not an excuse. After church, pulled into KFC for family bucket. Spent 15 minutes getting to ordering speaker. Waited at speaker for about 12... minutes before they would take our order. Wanted Bucket but was inform they weren?t doing buckets today. Should have left rightthen but no figured out what to order. Pulled up behind car at window spent another 10 minutes sitting behind them. At windowfor 5 minutes before they came to window. Verified our orders, gave us our drinks & took our money. 12 minutes later theybrought the food. At home we found out the fries were cold & so hard, we assumed they were cooked last night. Biscuits werecold & hard, & I mean hard. Chicken was real dark & salty. The chicken wa was okay once you removed the greasy, saltyskin. Only 3 employees were there. In my opinion if KFC can?t put out a quality product with 3 employees, they should lock thedoors & close for the day, rather than disappoint & lose long time customers. Like they have with us. The kid who took our order got some details wrong, was rude, and handed us container lids when we asked for lids for small cups.... He was also on his phone a lot instead of paying attention to the counter. Overall customer service wasn't good at all. Thedining area was unclean, and every table and booth was dirty. Restrooms weren't great in sanitation and maintenance. Our foodwas good though, but we were limited to only sierra mist and mtn dew for drinks because they were "out" of dark sodas and tea.They also claimed to not have certain menu options available at their location despite advertising for it. If we based ourrating on how good the food tasted, we'd give 5 stars. But does it compensate for the lack of professionalism, filth, andterrible customer service? Absolutely not. 1 star overall, since we do have to give credit to the flavor. Read more

If I could give them zero stars, I would. From the time we pulled up to order our food until the time we drove away, there was... absolutely no customer service. They were out of Nashville Hot Sauce, Root Beer, and Pepsi. I understand restaurants being outof certain products, however, there was no apology. The tone of every single worker was bland. They had no manners and norespect. My food was not made how I asked it to be made either which was very disappointing. My only request was no gravy.Simply just no gravy. When our food was handed to us, there were absolutely no words spoken. There was no ?thank you? and no oneknew how to smile. Management either needs to step in and adjust the attitudes of the workers or management needs replaced alltogether. Very disappointing. Read more

Definitely a staffing issue. The staff is always busy or perturbed . Had the chicken sandwich twice it was pretty good and large... portion . My husband has the 2 piece and he loves the chicken. We got their last time right before shift change and luckily wedid because shift change for the evening is not as willing to help and inconvenienced to have you there. Watched while eatinginside the chaos that ensued while some woman waited like 2 minutes too long to be waited on... She threw a fit. It was kind oflike lunch and a show. ???? Read more

Stopped by KFC tonight (8-9-22 around 6pm) and endured a series of NO's...NO we do not have Dr. Pepper right now, NO we can't do... this, NO we can't do that, NO we can't give you a refund, NO we can't make things right for you as our customer. I am a niceperson, but was treated with "contempt" by a couple of high school kids who already are so banal and "over it" in life. Sadly,their lives have not even really gotten started yet and with their flat, blah, negative attitudes...things are probably notgoing to go very well for them in life as they one day navigate the world beyond Weatherford, Texas. The young male worker(with honey colored hair and light eyes) even slammed the window in my face (as mentioned in another review) and verbally mockedme when I spoke. Presently, these two employees are not contributing anything of value to your business and need to be writtenup or removed. The manager needs to teach these kids that just because a customer brings back food does not mean that theemployees should "personalize" it. The customer is not automatically "the enemy" just because they have a complaint. A returnis not "personal"--- Issues with meals are "usually" just about the food and happen all of the time in the restaurant business. All that these two "disrespectful" employees had to do was replace my chicken or refund my money so I could be on my way. Again, all I wanted was for them to replace my two pieces of chicken because they were laying in a pool of grease so thick thatthe bottom of the box was falling apart (see photos). The greasy chicken was also placed "on top" of both the biscuit and thefries and everything was just slopped together in a box, which looked disgusting. I do not like a soggy biscuit and evensoggier fries...sorry. KFC would rather have a bad review than replace my meal or give me a refund (on the spot) so here it is,your well-earned "one star" review. The Weatherford, Texas KFC is the very worst I?ve ever experienced. I ordered online to pick up in 45 minutes. I had to wait 15... minutes after I arrived. They shorted me an order and only when I showed them the receipt did they agree. Another 10 minutewait. Then they shorted me French fries and a biscuit after that. The drinks were watered down so, we threw them out. Thechicken was undercooked. EVERYTHING WAS WRONG! They were rude as well. Worst managed fast food I have ever seen. Two weeksbefore, I tried to order and they said they were out of original. This was 4:00pm! Never go back for sure. It is not worthy of 1star! Read more

Ordered kids popcorn chicken, and got a container full of fried breading. Not a single bit of chicken in the whole box! Kids... meal had applesauce and dip listed on the reciept, but they were missing from the bag. So my son basically had burned fries fordinner. Read more
