Never ate there before. And won't go there again. The corner booth table was all wet with water and not cleaned. The floor was... full of food and napkins. Red and green sauce was awful. They didn't have enough help that day. Felt sorry for the waiter. Buthe was so sad about the situation, but very kind and helpful. Read more

Terrible service no one to great you. Bar tender dressed like she was at home in her yard. Chummy with 3 groups of people at... bar. Got drinks waited 25 min before she asked us what food we wanted. Decided not to order food because God knows how longthat would take. Kitchen and staff had no obvious management people running this place. It wasn't even busy!!!! Read more

I love On The Border we always stop here to eat! We decide to stop here and eat . The service was terrible my husband didn?t get... his order right ! The chicken tortilla soup didn?t taste right ! I order a chicken quesadilla they hardly put chicken on it! Iwas disappointed because service is always awesome not this time ! My brother order some enchiladas it upset his stomach on theway home! We came to eat dinner and did not have good service. We had three split tickets. Two got the wrong items for there plates. They... got switched. One got the chicken raw. My daughter in law got the wrong plate. We still let this slide since we knew we wouldnot be back. So she had to wait to get her food. My daughter in laws mother had ordered a watermelon drink on the rocks and wasgiven a frozen one which she had to try and drink it real quick so we could leave which was not to pleasant to do. Once we gotthe tickets they we?re wrong. They said they fixed it but was not. And we?re blaming the computer. It took three times to getthe tickets fixed. I spoke to the manager and she acted like it was not a big deal. This is lousy service. I was so upset that Iwalked back in to tell the manager how awful the service and her attitude was about what had just happened. I hope your companyhas pride enough to at least hold these people the waitress and especially the manager accountable. This is so sad that we stillhad to pay a tip for this kind of service. There are much better places to spend our hard earned money at. Sad part is themanager did not even offer a discount. I would like someone from your company to please contact me. If you even care. This was our first time here. Our food had a few hairs in it that weren?t mine but the manager was really nice about it and took... it off the bill. The queso was strange tasting. The waitress was really good, nice and on top of everything. I just wish shewasn?t so pretty my husband kept gawking at her. I don?t think we will ever go back but it was ok. Read more
