I just ordered an all veggie pizza with no cheese and extra sauce to be delivered. It was here so fast and totally delicious. ... It was not skimpy on toppings. The bread tasted wonderful and the sauce flavor was wonderful. I loved it and was so hungrythat I suffered worried it would take long to arrive but it didn't! I was so happy it didn't take forever. Ordered once thru app and they lost ordered and wait time was close to 2 hrs. So replaced our order for free next time.... Physically drove to store and ordered pizza TWO hours ahead. I am not one to post bad reviews normally, however I'm extremely annoyed over the lack of manners. I ordered $36.00 worth of... food and tipped $20.00 just because it was late in the evening. I gave it to him in cash & didn't even get a thank you. I'm bigon manners btw! It looked like he put it in the drawer on my way out, so I thought about it & went back in to let him know itwas a tip and when I asked him, "you know that's a tip?" , he just shook his head and didn't even bother looking up!! Sure wish I had read the reviews first. I live 5 miles north of the courthouse. Decided to try this pizza franchise for the... first time because they are the only place that will deliver as far as I live. Ordered online, said it would be 59-69 minutes. Long time, but okay. After 70 minutes, start tracking order online. Doesn't go out for delivery until 80 minutes. After 1hr50 minutes, it shows my pizza was delivered. I call the delivery driver, Felicia B. (didn't know it would be door dash, neverused them before), and it goes straight to voice-mail. Call the store. The guy that answered said she couldn't find my house. He said she called for diections, but I didnt answer. HUGE LIE, my call history can prove it. I said I will wait at the end ofmy street if he will have them turn around. He said NO, im not sending the driver back out there. I said "then you need tomake me a fresh pizza, and I will pick it up." He said NO. I told him I waited over 2 hours for a $35 pizza that was alreadypaid for, and I would sue. He said you'll get a full refund in 3-5 days. We will see. NEVER EVER ORDERING PAPA JOHNS AGAIN,AND DEFINITELY NOT EVER USING DOOR DASH (they have a 1.7 star rating). Read more
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE. If I could leave no star I would. I got food poisoning from the pizza and was sick for days. They... never have delivery drivers and they always door dash it. Door dashed order must have a sticker, I work at a pizza place so Iknow, and when they bring it, they never have one. How do you know if the order wasn?t tampered with? Will not order ever again. I have worked at various papa johns (8 to be exact) for the last 3 years as a manager. I came to this papa johns as a transfer... and was there for a day and will not be back, this store is the WORST papa johns I?ve ever came across. This store is filthy andthey use very expired dough to make your pizzas. I also personally observed all the dates missing from all the toppings whichyou are legally suppose to have dates on your product (first in first out). I felt bad serving pizzas to customers in the wholeday I was there, if you look in recent reviews you will see people getting sick?this is why! The ?GM? of this store is veryunprofessional and childish going as far as calling me a Karen for voicing my concerns! Corporate is called and a complaint isfiled!!! Made my order online. Realized 5 minutes later I didn?t sub the garlic sauce for ranch. Called, and was told not a problem, it... would be fixed. Awesome. No biggie. Pizza arrives. No ranch. Garlic sauce. Then I?m told he misunderstood me. THEN I?m toldthin slice somehow doesn?t even warrant a sauce to begin with. It was like talking to a piece of communion bread. I don?t knowwho the ?manager? was I spoke with but Jesus. Get the guy some training. Went to eat, and the square cut, as requested, ASPRINTED ON THE BOX, wasn?t done. Try to call back and nope. Keeps picking up the line, hitting a button, and keeping me onhold. Maybe I went ?last in line? and nobody cared because I used rewards to pay for part of it? A driver named grace delivered pizza to me and my friend at the red roof inn Total price of the pizza was $47.90 we had a $100... bill that we gave to the front desk clerk to break into 20's we gave her $60 for payment which she didn't even know how to basicmath in her head we had to do the change back total for her which was $12.10. We verbally told her we would split the changeback down the middle we took six and we gave her $6.10 for the tip. During that time she picked up the other 2 -20 dollar billsoff the counter next to the pizzas she had no business doing especially after payment was made and tip was verified. We calledpapa johns and spoke to whoever in charge he wouldn't give a name and after expressing the situation all he could do is prettymuch say it was our fault and the driver said we gave it to her which is false other wise why would we be calling very upset??The drivers name is grace be careful were taking care of the situation.
