I actually really really love Tropical Smoothie And would love to give them five stars. But I order their strawberry straws... every time I order my smoothie, or smoothies for coworkers or family at home. I order them often, multiple times a week. Todayjust really was the last straw, I pay for 2 or 3 strawberry straws everytime because we love how they enhance your smoothie! I'mso tired of not receiving them after I pay for them so much. I've called a few times and thought Maybe a review will help theemployees to read doordash orders a little more thorough. 99 cent straws add up after months of ordering them. Read more
So upsetting to place an online order then get to the store to wait 30 more minutes and watch another online order that I know... was placed after mine get done and picked up. They really need a better system if your gonna offer online ordering I would havebeen better off waiting in line. Read more
