First time trying Wing Boss, and it?s definitely the last. Ordered 2 orders of 10 wings, plus a couple sides- online order for... pickup. At pickup, they inform us that they no longer carry a side we ordered from their website. So, we ask for a substitutionside from the Dickeys menu, since we were already getting fries. They didn?t allow the substitution, so we ask for a refund forthe side we paid for. Simple, right? Nope. After going back and forth a bit, (not sure why it was so hard to simply refund acouple bucks for food we didn?t receive?!) we finally asserted that either they produce the side or produce the refund. Finally,the manager agrees to process the refund. Upon getting home and opening the order, we discover that not only did they not packsauces we paid extra for, but our order is incorrect? and to top it off, the wings are the SMALLEST wings I?ve ever seen. Theymust be quail wings??! Literally measured one, and it was barely 2 inches from tip to tip. Ridiculous to pay that money forliterally a tiny nibble of chicken. All in all, won?t return due to the terrible attention to our order, bad service at pickup,and horrible food quality. Total bummer. Read more
