A cute little restaurant. When we got there nobody was there but a few more groups came in shortly. The waitress was very... friendly. I ordered a patty melt and it was amazing! I normally remember to ask for no onions but I'm glad I forgot, it wasamazing just as it comes!!!! I would have given five stars but the fries were less than spectacular. Read more
This is a typical, old school diner with wholesome, nothing fancy, American-style food. The service is excellent with friendly... and efficient waitstaff. However, I found the food to be a little too typical. Everything that I ordered seemed to be cookedon a flattop, even things that aren't supposed to be. I ordered a chicken-fried steak but instead of a thinly pounded steakcoated in batter and then deep fried I received something like a thin burger that was dredged in flour and then cooked on theflattop (at least that is how it seemed to me). Nothing else seemed to be above average, if that. Still, it is comfort foodand I will probably go back, eventually. Read more
