This McDonald?s is ridiculous, I don?t know how it stays open. They never gave what?s on the menu & when you order, you never... get home with what you order. Stopped today & ordered a Big Mac meal, a Spivey crispy delux meal & 10 piece chicken nugget. What I got home with was a Big Mac missing half the meat & sauce, a regular chicken sandwich & a hamburger, 1 order of fries,but I did get the hot mustard for the nuggets I never got. The manager if the restaurant needs to be fired, if he can?t run abusiness better than that!!! Read more

Friendly service in drive-thru, much of the time a very sweet lady. Not as much if its anyone else, but they stay busy. I... realize. But the food quality often is what's lacking. Its seems thrown together, burgers overseasoned, special requestsignored, and if you ask for the softest light biscuits and the lady doesn't go make sure herself - its crunchy biscuits lol. A fantastic Mcdonalds if you don't care about an inaccurate order, slow service, or cold food. TL;DR: Management gave up on the... store, and corporate/owner can't be bother to check up on it. If you go after midnight there's a better than average chancethey'll be closed because "the system is down" for which they claim anywhere between 30 minutes (it's never that short) and 4hours, while the entire shift staff is outside smoking. A simple order (a double hamburger) is routinely botched or receivedlukewarm, and ordering fries will reveal salt is no longer standard, nor should you expect them to be hot. They gave up on (andrefuse to bother) putting "serve by" stickers on their "hot" Apple Pies long ago and routinely serve pies that dried out & hardare like peanut brittle, and asking if the apple pies are fresh will be met with the staff saying "Uh, I didn't know" and beingunwilling (or unable?) to check or even recommending against ordering it. If you attempt to order inside you better be happyusing a buggy kiosk to do an employee's job (Gotta help the owners save money on paying employees!), because if you go to theregister you'll be ignored or treated like you're a burden for expecting someone to take your order. One of the worst McDonalds I?ve ever been to. I feel very bad for the folks trying to work there. Seemed like there was no... managment and absolutely no training. Order was completely wrong, they had run out of things and had to ?substitute? others,they had no idea how to use the app/reward system, even I had to tell the cook staff what the ?special request? was because thecashiers didn?t. One worker didn?t know where the cream for coffee was, I had to tell her ?I think you get it from the machine,there isn?t those little creamer packs here?. One person in front of me said they were waiting 15 mins before I even got thereand still was waiting after I received my incorrect order. We ordered biscuits and gravy and waited 10 mins just to be told ?ohwe?re out of that, you want a muffin or something instead?? It just was a disaster. Need better training and management. Read more

This place is amazing. I went by to get an order of fries after work. They were closed despite advertising 24 hours. I rarely do... fast food but a few days later I decided to try again. Closed again. Now I was just curious and didn?t want anything other thanto see if they were open or not. 17 times I?ve gone by in 6 weeks between 2:15 am and 4:30 am on the way home and they haven?tbeen open once. I?m going to see if I can get Vegas involved to place bets on when these guys actually take an order. I know it?s fast food and I don?t expect the workers to care that much about their job, but this has to be the worst McDonalds... in existence. I hate to go because every single time I feel ripped off, but my kids love Happy Meals. I?ve had burgers loadedwith so much salt they were inedible, nuggets that tasted fishy, and rarely are the fries salted. The last time I went, thefries were so soggy that they were white, translucent, floppy, mushy, just heavy in a pile literally dripping with oil. If youkindly, politely, ask for anything (even if it?s stuff you paid for and ordered that they didn?t hand off) you can regularlyexpect sighs, attitudes, etc. I hate to leave negative reviews, but this place is just awful and not worth the money. After therunaround over the app I had with them today, I don?t see myself coming back. Go literally anywhere else. Read more

I come from a Food and Beverage industry background. I know a little about customer service, guest appreciation, and having a... hospitable disposition when dealing with the public. These folks do not. When I very politely asked for a replacement for asubpar item that I received, the expeditor met my request with attitude, condescension, and excuses, rather than justapologizing and making my order right. A simple, "I'm sorry you aren't satisfied with your order. Let me make it right," would have gone so far and quickly remedied the problem. The manager was standing right there besidethe employee and just looked down at the ground when I made eye contact with him. I won't be returning to this establishment,and I advise any potential customers to try one of the other nearby options. Read more

I was reminded this morning why I don't go to this place. This morning, during breakfast rush I had no other option so I... reluctantly pulled in to see the manager had an 18 wheeler unloading in the drive through line!!! This jammed up the entireparking lot and traffic to the drive through. After 15 minutes in line, with half the traffic (because of the truck blockingone drive through) they STILL got my order wrong. Franchisee, if you're reading this, fire your manager and retrain the entirestaff!!! Read more
