This is the WORST establishment I've ever been to. Wait in one side of the line while 3 people behind me get their orders taken... on the other side right as they pull up. I call to speak with the manager and am told the conversation is over and get hung upon. This happens ALL the time. I will never visit this sad excuse for a restaurant again. Yall should be ashamed of the poorservice. I'm surprised this place stays in business. Read more

Food is good when your order is right 50/50 shot you'll spend 30 to 45 minutes in the drive through

The woman who took my order barely spoke english and messed it up on several occasions. It was a nightmare just getting her to... understand what I wanted. Everything needed to be re-stated several times. The manager here needs to properly vet whichemployees they put on this duty. Read more

I stopped in to pick up a coke Zero fie Mt hubby and I. Waited at the drive thru for over 10 minutes as I watched 4 cars leave... around me before they ever reached the order area. I placed my drink order and as I waited for those drinks, 3 other cars leftwithout their order!!!! So lots of revenue for the owner that drove off. I finally got my 2 drinks and had to get the gentlemanin the car ahead of me to move up a little to leave the line. He was sadly yelling at the staff. I hate that this happens to thestaff. So Mr or Ms Owner, please come in for a shift if you already haven't and see what is happening. Support the workers thatyou have and let them know you Appreciate their hard work. Cull through the ones that don't care, it's not good for business tohave warm bodies there playing on their cell phones. It also frustrates and angers those who are doing a good job. Be preparedfor a bit of a wait. But the drink order was correct. Read more

The weaverville sonic always has issue. It's either the ice cream machine is down,they were out of peanut butter for a month,out... of whipped cream & from what I was taught when I worked at one,whipped cream automatically came on a shake unless customer askedfor none. I'm not sure wether it's management problems,or employees,but problems need to b addressed. Read more
