Just finished up at this Starbucks and had one of the rudest baristas. When I got my sandwich it was still frozen inside so I... went up and told one of the workers. This women didn?t even look at me and said ?oh?, and then dumped it into the trash. When Igot my new one she rolled her eyes and said ?here?s your bacon Gouda?. I told her she needed to work on her customer service andthat she was rude. I?ve seen other people have issues with her so hopefully she?s fired soon. Read more
Just got a pumpkin spice latte here and it was delicious, really perfectly made I had to leave a great review!! Thank you! Also... the three workers were doing such a great job working hard and efficient with all the people arriving for coffee. Read more
Ingels Starbucks branches are weird. Out of four attempts to get Pike coffee with the whole milk (as simple as that) I got it... once right and it was way off. The other times it was a different drink; no joke. I tried different locations - same story. Youneed to fix it guys. Read more
Always get the order wrong and most of the workers are super rude as soon as you greet them
Chai latte, no foam. Extra hot so I don't drink it do fast. Now and then can be an expensive hobby and not good if on a diet.... Tastey treat. Nice people usually everywhere (unless you are two black men just sitting as happened in one starbucks. Theyapparently called the cops! Not good at all Starbucks. Not good at all. Diversity training perhaps. This was one random one inthe country. So don't know if they have a bad policy or a few "Karen's" on staff somewhere. Read more
Having only 1 barista during peak hours is ridiculous. It becomes overwhelming to the worker, mistakes get made, and long wait... time. Coffee is not consistent with flavor. June 26, 2021 Kimberlee is the rudest barista this Starbucks has had in a longtime. She needs to learn to at least fake being happy to have her job or find a job that doesn't require customer service. Read more
Just wanted to shout out barista Nicole. In general, the service at this location is lackluster. The drinks are made... inconsistently & they're usually understaffed. She was working by herself taking all the orders & making drinks quickly &correctly with a good attitude. Despite the fact that she was all alone & had a 7 person line. The matcha is horrible here it?s not shaken fully there is still powder floating around and the overall taste is extremely... bitter. The baristas at this location are very rude and will give you an attitude even if you?re sweet. I came in a few monthsago early morning they were very busy, I asked for a matcha latte and one of the workers gave me a horrible look with extremeattitude and replied ?we?re still out of matcha?. I had not asked any other time that day or in the past few days about matcha.Would give 0 stars if I could. Read more
