Gio and Elijah are true professionals. We had a supply line leak and our entire first floor flooded (1,200 sq.ft). They came... quickly and were able to identify the leak quickly after using their sound detection device. They gave us two honestrecommendations (replace main line vs. repair broken area) and started repairs after we made our decision. The process wasfairly quick, starting diagnostic on Wednesday and finished work Tuesday next week, and this was in between thanksgiving break.They came during the break and weekend to do some work and worked quickly to finish once the week started. Seattle, WA 1145 11/15/2022 Water was shooting out from the line that goes into the toilet ontothe bathroom floor. There was not room enough for a bucket on the side of the toilet where the water was pouring out. We keptfilling a pitcher and dumping it into a bucket and pouring it into the bathtub. We ran out of Shamwows and towels. The watershut-off to the toilet was broken and we do not have a water shut-off inside our1926 home and we were having difficulty turningoff the ancient one in the street. About five minutes into this ordeal, I thought of "Stop freakin' Call Beacon." And I did. Iwas babbling from the stress, and I was not sure the gal answering the phone understood, but she gave us a time window when aplumber would arrive. Meanwhile, an hour in, my husband was able to turn street valve off. We were damp and exhausted whenTravis arrived. He was so calm and competent that I thought surely, he was sent from heaven. Most of the time the staff is pretty nice. The pizza is good, but very greasy( still tastes good) the only problem I have seen... here is sometimes the staff will goof around in the back and will be eating the product. The other day this happened and ablonde lady ate the food then made pizza without washing her hands. Read more
Perhaps if Christian F ( name according to reciept) actually answered phone orders, or even kept herself inside the building to... hear a phone call...instead of being on the parking lot having a party in the back seat of her car with her " friend"...shemight actually get something done. You are a pizza place that close at 9pm which is not late and you can't make a pizza in less than 15 minutes? I called at 8:42pm... and it takes 7 min to get to the parking lot pretty lousy crew management needs to remind how customer service works. Read more
When I order online to get a "fresh" pizza, don't fill it with a hot and ready. I know what your fresh pizza looks like. Also,... when I door dash a pizza and you watch the driver carry out the pizza vertically, maybe stop them and let them know they aredoing something wrong. Don't get bent out of shape when I call corporate to get taken care of when you saw what happened and didnothing to correct it. That is lazy management. Read more
