The electronic ordering is confusing if you're not familiar or want a special order. I wanted an egg and cheese McMuffin and... ended up ordering a more expensive one with sausage, but without sausage. The price did not change. That was a lot of wastedtime in my opinion. Then I didn't realize my order wouldn't be placed because I had to pay the cashier with my cash. The onlyreason I went inside is because I was towing a trailer. It took so much more time! Very reliable staff here. You can count on this McDonald's, which is very rare. I can't confidently order a Big Mac at most... locations, but this staff makes it perfectly no matter what time of day it is. I hope they get a lot of love from theirmanagement. Read more
This is the McDonald's in Stockbridge MI. We stopped in right at noon to find the drive through lined up all the way around the... building. So we parked and went in, we were greeted promptly, they took our order precisely and delivered it to our table in 5minutes or less. Great service! The food was basic fast food. Read more
The drive-thru people were very friendly and the food came out quickly. The fries were really hot and crispy. And best and most... shocking was that *drum roll* the ice cream machine worked!! I know. Worst customer service I?ve ever experienced, I work in fast food for a living and I understand bad days but Everytime I?ve been... there everyone on the staff is horribly rude and the quality of food is extremely poor and I?m happy to say I?ll never eat atthis location again. It?s not rocket science to work fast food and it doesn?t kill you to be nice to people, but apparently allyou guys do is lie to customers about being out of products when in reality you?re too lazy to go into the freezer and makemore???? truly appalled by the consistent bad service.
