Friday October 28... After accepting several price increases over the last couple weeks the attitude of the drive through... attendant tonight at 11:25 pm was the last straw. I simply stated that since their espresso machine wasn't working I'd simply goto another location. "OK BYE!!!" was the responce I got. Won't be back this type of nonsense for the price they ask isirredeemable. There's plenty other unaffiliated places to get coffee that I'm sure will be happy to accept my business. FYI, CFcoffee was free today and normally .99 not $5, they will have my business going forward. Read more

Very dirty. Manager was rude and racist. The water they keep their stirring spoon in is dirty and murky. I asked for a refund... for the extremely bitter coffee and they refused saying they ?weren?t able to? when I know that is a complete lie. It's a Dunks. Food is consistently good. Service at times slow, but staff is always friendly.

Ordered a $6 iced latte with oat milk. First got oat milk with a splash of coffee not even latte. Second time guess they didn?t... like my complaint there was about a 1/4 missing food was awful service was horrid. Never again. I have to throw this out. I?mnot sure how the rest of the staff is but this morning was awful. I also was waiting forever. Read more
While the service at this establishment is typically very good, for any consumer, it comes down to the quality of the product.... Coffee is often not made right. Food is often either over or under-cooked. Too often they run out of popular products, whichsuggests poor inventory management. I continue to frequent this Dunkin? Donuts out of convenience. I hope they do better soon. Read more
