Llate Night shift the worse, i give them many chances but everytime get worse. They always give to you, Ice coffe = Ice brown... Water... awful drinks. too much time on the line too. Supervise the night shift. Read more

Unreal: tagging health department. I feel like I have to give people a heads up that this is what I received at the Dunkins at... the mobile gas station in Webster off Thompson Rd. this morning. The staff was wonderful and very kind dealing with this with mehowever the manager they had on phone didn't seem to think he needed to clean the place, said it had to have come from the foamand he wasn't concerned. He actually asked me what he could do to appease me and get me to stop complaining which I correctedhim that I was not complaining, I was just bringing it to their attention. To be totally transparent here they did end up givingme a $20 bill and I left. I'm still pretty grossed out and wanted to give other consumers a friendly warning to check yourbeverages before you drink them...???? Read more

Dunkin' Donuts in Webster, MA. 01570 Corners of Lake Ave & Thompson Road @/inside Gas Station...... 1STAR ONLY!!!! No dine-in... but do have Drive-thru. **BUT** This Drive-thru ALWAYS takes SO LONG just to be greeted! THEN, takes another like 10 mins justto get 2 coffees!!!! The fact they have so many bad reviews on this and not much has changed I doubt they check this. But I gotta say. Most, If not... all, employees are great and go above and beyond (minus a couple). The problem is them being overworked. And HIGHLY underappreciated. They work for minimum wage and the tips taken away on top of it. And management just treats them like disposablepieces or garbage he can just use up til they're burnt out. I've never seen management and owners treat employees so poorly. I'mspeaking as a manger of my own store myself and I would never treat people the way they treat people here. And they wonder whythere's such a turnover rate like that and they have to OVERWORK the GOOD employees that DO STAY.-100 out of 10 stars. I'm sorrybut this place doesn't even get a half a one. And if nothing changes, I see this location not lasting much longer and closingdown, as it should with how it?s run now. Read more

Absolutely the worst dunkins I?ve ever been to. Given them many chances, but not anymore. They are the slowest group of... employees I?ve ever seen! If you expect to get coffee here before work, leave 20 minutes early as it takes them 15 minutes PLUSto clear three cars. Read more

If your order has more than 2 items on it, double check before you drive away, chances are something is missing or made... incorrectly. I still go here pretty often since none of the other dunkins in town are really any better. I gave it 2 starsinstead of 1 since it's close to my house. Read more

Absolutely awful. Service is outrageously slow. They only take orders on drive thru when the car at the window has driven away,... which makes the line twice as long as it ought to be. They are sloppy with bagels and sandwiches, serve burnt coffee withgrounds throughout, neglect to place lids on properly and I've been double charged to my credit card several times by theovernight woman whose name is mel. I've seen one associate who seems to do a great job, but overall this is probably the mostpoorly operating place of business I've ever seen. Even on television. They should close so that a place that might do thecommunity some good can move in. Read more

Maybe if tips were allowed quality of service would matter again. Train your staff right or let the owner come in him/her/they... self for $13hr no tips and see how they like it. *drops mic* sincerely a Dunkin manager of 10 years. Read more
