All tables with dirty dishes on them and the whole hour i was there not one was attempted to be cleaned. They said soda machine... was broken. Food was cold and they were out of napkins. Silverware we got 10 minutes after we were served. No condimemts withappetizer. Loud rap music being played the whole time. They say they close at 10pm. From 845pm they turned at least 12 peopleaway saying they are closing. The ice cream window was off at 9pm. All this and alot of employees on so what were they doing??? Never going back. Read more
My friend and myself, with our kids, went in tonight for food and ice-cream. Our server Casey was EXCELLENT!! She was the only... server on and at times had a nearly full dining room. She still took great care of us and we appreciated her so much. Thank youCasey! ???? Read more
The food was good. The service was slow, but only because they were very clearly short-staffed. Our waitress, bless her, was... doing her best in stride. But I think she and the one cook were the only two there until a third employee showed up to help thetakeout window about midway through our visit. Read more
Ordered pick up from this location, Buffalo chicken wrap with fries. When I opened the sandwich, I noticed a part of a latex... glove in my wrap (along with them messing up the order itself). Looks like an old Friendly's and it was not very clean. The bathroom I used very small and I am sure someone bigger than myself... would not fit. It was extremely nasty inside as well. Definitely not wheelchair accessible. I ordered from the outside because Icouldn't get anyone's attention on the inside. It was not marked which window to order from so I went with the one with oldfashioned buzzer just below the shelf. They messed up my order but finally got it right. Friendly waitress, decent food. Good place to bring the kids for a bite to eat and ice cream. One of the Vermonter burgers was... good, the other was a little dry. My friend got the reuben and didn't like it. Just had an off taste. Read more
The food isn't flavorful as I would like, but it does the trick sticking locally. This place gets pretty busy, so prepare to... wait awhile. It took 2 hours for us to be in and out. The prices were okay, it wasn't memorable for me. I had the lobster roll,but they put celery in it, which throws off the taste a bit. Their french fries and onions rings are great though. Went there on Veterans Day walked in the door and it smelt like urine sat at the table there was no disinfectant for hands no... clean tables it was nasty the cook was coughing all over the place and I told the waitress he should be sent home she said ohhes a smoker. I had my grandson with me and he is 6 he even notice. I have never been in a restaurant that gross and pay a largeamount for food No hand sanitizer only on front desk and it was filthy.
