Came through the drive through and ordered the you pick 2- broccoli cheddar soup and mac and cheese. When I received my order... the broccoli cheddar soup looked darker than it usually is so I brought it back through the drive through and both times I wentthrough I got Laurie the manager.. SHE IS ABSOLUTELY DELIGHTFUL! She fixed my order right away, apologized and added in a cookiethat was amazing. People like her are the reason I will always come back, thank you for being so kind and helpful. Read more
Worst Panera Bread multiple get the Mac and cheese and there is literally cheese powder sitting in the lid, definitely barely... cooked. Ordered bread and got chips instead a couple times. Staff is nice but food is horrible at this location. Read more
Gross! I Eat once a week at a different Panera this one is substandard. The salad was old the strawberrys tasted like they were... fermented old even the pineapple should Not have been served old. The chicken soup was very salty and very little chicken andnoodles. The service took a long time. I never give only 2 stars so i always give a place a chance but Don't eat at this Penera. Read more
We can?t just review our bad experiences. With that being said, this is actually my first experience at this location and it was... a mobile order but I had interaction with staff and between friendliness and food quality 10/10. Prices are kinda lame butthat?s Panera lol Read more
Waited 20 min for a toasted bagel, not even a sandwich. The staff was focusing on the complicated drive through/pickup orders,... and skipped mine. Once asked about my order, they quickly toasted one for me. Then they dropped it on the floor. Luckily I wasstanding at the counter watching, because after making a show of getting a new bagel to toast, the young man behind the countergrabbed the dropped bagel, stuffed it in a bag, and tried to hand it to me. I called him out on it stating I did not want theone from the floor. He just said ?sorry we?re pretty busy? and started toasting a new one. Honestly, this place has gone downhill since adding those charges lemonades.. I guess they are trying to be Taco Bell or... something. The caffeine free herbal iced teas were far more preferable. After this most recent menu update there?s very littleleft for me to enjoy. I hope they change it back quickly. People with dietary restrictions would be better off going to Subway. Read more
One of the worst paneras I've been to. In a solidly empty panera, it took 20 minutes to get a sandwich and when I finally got... it, there was almost no meat in it. The staff moved at a snail's pace and really made little effort given the amount of peoplewaiting. The meat is allegedly "pre-portioned" but honestly it is the saddest sandwich I've ever gotten at a panera. Read more
4/5 times I get a messed up order. One of the first times I got so much attitude from one of the young managers I couldn't... believe it. All the other times the employees were nice and apologetic. But still 4/5 times something will be messed up ormissing. Read more
