Staff took extra care in preparing my gluten free pizza. It was very good with fresh ingredients and handled with care by staff... and manager. I will return to have another and would recommend to others for gluten free pizza. Read more
Excellent Management! I recently ordered delivery, which is now handled by DoorDash. I got a notification that DoorDash had... delivered my food, but alas there was no food. I called Papa Gino's and the manager remade my food and delivered it to mepersonally and all with a smile. I was SO appreciative of this! My family and I have been to this location many times and haveNEVER had a bad experience. Read more
Food was fine. I go in, after placing an order the day before as we had a planned pickup time for a few pizzas. Easy order. Get... there and girl says order isn't done. That's fine. She comes back to counter a few minutes later and asks what did I order? Itell her. She says a little bit longer. All good. 15 mins later she asks what I ordered again and looks I'm the glass readymeals, pulls out my food.. it was ready the whole time. I check it over, and ask where is the other half? She says oh ya thengrabs more food from storage area and hands it to me. Man you guys need to hire some smarter people. Read more
I didn't even know Papa Gino's was still around, so I had to stop in and try. It was pretty good. I got a BBQ chicken pizza and... mozzarella sticks. The mozzarella sticks were standard can't complain about fried cheese. The pizza was better than average fora chain restaurant. What I really liked was the tangy BBQ sauce they used on the pizza. It gave it that nice little zing to yourtaste buds. Read more

Food is great as Papa Gino's typically is however the lead woman in charge has an attitude that I can't tell whether she's being... condescending or legitimately just trying to give you info. The wait time was terrible, but the food was very good! Read more
