Most of the time I?m willing to pay the absurd prices for a good cup of Starbucks but never again at this location in webster,... MA. Not only is the manager (I think) with blonde hair, insanely rude but in the 3 or 4 times I?ve been there my order has beenwrong every single time. They NEVER have the ingredients needed for what the advertise and my latte I got today was literally acup of WARM MILK. Get it together. Train your employees better and definitely get a new manager who actually cares aboutcustomer service. Lost my business for sure. Got some warm milk and a sandwich that tasted like cardboard/flaming trash bc onceagain the server got the order wrong. Do yourself a favor and either make your coffee at home or even settle for watered downDunkins before you go to this Starbucks location! Read more
I don't know what's happened to Starbucks but they don't make drinks like they used to unless it's the state you live in. Tried... a new fall drink and it was disgusting. So went back to a drink I always order if I have to go to Starbucks. The service wentdown hill, no personalities. At least they have a lot of seating. Read more
Searched for a Starbucks on the app while driving through Massachusetts, found this store which was on the route home and... according to both the app and the web site they are open until 9 PM. Arrived at 8:32 to be greeted by their employee who saidshe didn?t have anything and did not even have a drawer. She stated they close at 8 PM. And she was rude about it. Read more
