The portions are much smaller than other places. Workers hold their hand and won?t serve all the items until you ask. They... charged me extra twice for additions when they shouldn?t have. Every time I ate had my stomach aches. Definitely workers needhygiene training. I saw them handling all kind of stuff with gloves on and then handling the food without changing the gloves!So I quit going there. Read more
It's ok. I prefer Moe's. Too much lettuce, not enough other fillings. No free chips like Moe's.

Visited site with my Granddaughter this past Monday, 11:30 am. The lady that helped with one order and rang me up was so rude it... amazed me. She wanted to argue with me about the debit card inserter.....who cares!! Very rude and very unprofessional. Read more

I ordered online for a 6:10 pickup. Place was packed and food wasn?t out until 6:42. Unacceptable with keeping that many people... in one place for so long. Looked like 6 employees and only 1 was making the Mobil orders. Please reconfigure your staffing modelor ordering system. Horrible experience. Read more
This is probably my favorite Chipotle of all time. The entire crew is awesome - extremely pleasant, kind, warm, and welcoming.... All the ladies are so sweet and often times I hear other customers get called by name when they come in! Doesn?t matter if Iwalk in right before they close or right when they open, it?s a 5 star experience every time. The helpings are plentiful and therestaurant is in prestige condition. The crew never skip a beat, even during the chaotic/hectic lunch and dinner rush - They?realways on the ball! Huge shout out to the Webster team. Keep up the great work!!! Read more
Went for dinner on a Friday night at 7:30. The main line was ?out of? queso and sour cream but the online order station was not,... the tubs were actually full. Staff refused to give both to me saying ?it wasn?t allowed?. Absolutely ridiculous. Read more
