First time I went the rice was crunchy and not cooked at all, with over cooked and old meat. This visit they had no steak, no... chicken, no shells for tacos, no guacamole. Why are they even open if they can?t mange to have what chipotle is suppose to have,and can?t cook it? Never going back. The way they are going this location with be closed within a year. I'd give this place a zero if I could. It just opened recently so my daughter and I thought we'd give it a try. They were out of... rice, cheese, sour cream, flour tortillas and corn! What? It was almost comical. I would've left except my daughter wanted thepork and they had that. I'm not sure how a restaurant runs like that. I should be fair and say that it was 9:15 and they closeat 10. That's almost a full hour though so it's still ridiculous. There were at least a half dozen people behind us in line too.The employees didn't care either. They just stared at you and said "We're out of it." everytime I asked for something. Don't ever order from this location easily the smallest burrito bowl I ever gotten no contest. This is the 3rd time we order and... its ALWAYS a small amount of food or missing ingredients, the meat is also always gummy. If you value your money DO NOT orderhere. Read more
Ordered pick up at this location twice, both time I ordered two steak bowls, first time I got two chicken bowls instead, and... this time I got bowls without any meat and the least portion I have ever received in any Chipotle stores. Read more
I don't know how this location keeps messing up my orders! They just opened and I've placed 2 online orders here so far and both... times they messed it up! I feel like the people who work here aren't trained very well. I ordered the chicken quesadilla ...when you get the quesadilla it comes in a simple tray for the three sides and the quesadilla. My sides I ordered were: Pintobeans, Fresh Tomato Salsa, & Tomatillo-Red Chili Salsa. I also ordered and paid extra for guacamole, which is supposed to comein its own cup since the tray only accommodates THREE sides. This is the SECOND time they put my guacamole in the tray (so I endup getting less than what I paid extra for because it's not in a cup) and left out the pinto beans. Only this time, they made myquesadilla without the cheese (which it's supposed to come with) and put the pinto beans IN the quesadilla. I don't know whomade my order but please READ the online order. The first time I forgave, but twice in a row messing up my orders? This isunacceptable. Very rude employees, watched one of them take someone else?s food tip It upside down then drop it into a bag. Got home and sure... enough our food was all over the place.
