Honestly I been coming here for years but the last couple times have been BAD. The new staff has no idea what they are doing.... You walk in, and if there making sandwiches they are incapable of multitasking to take orders and just have u waiting for up to10 minutes. I place an order online it says 20 minutes, I get there and have a limited lunch break and somehow they lost theticket and I had to wait an additional 20 minutes. I?ve never even written a review in my life, I love dibellas, that?s why I?mnot giving it 1 star, but new staff could use some more training. Just the last couple times have been way under adequate forthe prices they charge. Read more
DiBella?s subs are fantastic. I just can?t wait to get back from down south and as always my first stop is to DiBella?s. I have... stopped at many places along the East coast for submarine sandwiches and nothing I mean nothing compares to DiBella?s! I justwish that they would expand their businesses down to Florida. Absolutely horrible experience. Made one of our subs wrong and when we kindly informed them and asked for it to be remade, this... is what we received. If I wanted a veggie salad, I would have asked for one. Atmosphere of the establishment just seemed likethe employees clearly didn?t give a s**t. Not to mention the tables and booths were all disgusting for supposedly being kept upon because of Covid. Will not be returning to this location. Read more
Second time in the last 2 months order. Both times ordering subs were made wrong. Both times they refused to correct it. The... staff was rude. They refused to correct it. Spent 80 on four subs and it?s a waist of money. Order from anyone else. Isuggest rubinos in Webster or rhinos is Webster. Just very frustrating when 3 of 4 subs are made incorrectly and the staffwon?t correct it , and it?s a repeated issues. Their store has gone down hill.
