I grew up in Webster but moved away about 20 years ago. Whenever I'm in the Rochester area I try to stop back in for a plate at... this favorite old haunt of mine. Many folks will say there are better plates out there and I'm sure that's true, but this placeis a properly preserved piece of adolescent nostalgia and is still proper comfort food (and I imagine still proper drunk food,though I'm a bit old for that routine now). Ordered wings with blue cheese. Didn't receive the cheese and more than half of the wings were burnt and tiny compared to the... others. Couldn't even eat them. Wings are getting way too expensive to receive this.. Read more
Love their plate! It's too much for me to eat so I was glad I discovered the 1/2 plate. Probably should be half the proce, but... it is still a lot of food. Great for one sober person. Read more
First time visiting here. The service was great and very friendly as they walked me through their options. The seating was very... clean, well lit, and even has something playing on the screen. The kitchen looked very busy (you can see directly in it) whilewe were visiting. It appears this place is busy and that was a sign of their quality dishes. The menu had lots of great optionsand I settled on a trash plate with chicken, cheeseburger, over a double order of fries. I'm not a Mac salad fan and was bummedthey didn't have Mac and cheese as an option. Overall, it was a great visit and I recommend you give it a try. The cleanfacilities and clean kitchen assured me this is a "safe" place to eat. My only gripe was the seating area, it made it difficultto converse without being inches away from another table. I give it 4+ stars, especially if your ordering for takeout. Read more
Not happy, the Beans were ice cold which in turn turned the whole plate cold and no hot sauce worst plate I?ve ever had. Will... not return. And the burgers were horrible Read more
