Today I want the Ferraris in Webster I go there almost every week with a bunch of guys we Cruise our cars, I never asked for... military discount but tonight I happen to see it on the website! I asked the waitress and she gets the manager, the femalemanager says no we don't well I showed her on the website my information, she says okay let me check with my manager she took apicture of my message and it says for sometime they've been honoring military comes back and says she talked to her manager andthey don't do it but here's his phone number if you have any other questions, needless to say he's got my name and if he sees myname come up on the phone he won't answer it most likely so Tony my waitress is fine above that level terrible can't believeyou made me do this for a couple bucks not recognizing a veteran I'm sure you have veterans ????in your family tell them whatyou did,OR DIDN'T DO Read more
We ordered here all the time during quarantine. I got addicted to their chicken french, and my girlfriend is obsessed with their... chicken sandwich. The food is consistently delicious and their service is great too. We usually order pick up and the food isready on time. Read more
Update: I was able to speak with the GM who was awesome and made it right. 5 stars to the GM, and food. 2 stars to the situation... happening at all?? Walked in with a $100 gift card. Walked out with a $100 unwanted charge on my credit card. Apparently thenew system doesn?t work with their private gift cards currently. Wish we would have been made aware prior to ordering or atleast a sign in the door. Food was delicious. Read more
I can't speak for all the locations but the quality of their food at the Webster location is wildly inconsistent. WILDLY. I've... been about 10 times. When it's on, it's ON - good flavor, good service, and chill atmosphete. But when it's bad, it's trulyAWFUL - pizza so burnt it's not really edible but they serve it to you anyhow; bottoms of pizza with so much pan/oven char thatyou all you taste is dirty oven; fried eggplant stacks that taste like fish rather than eggplant; and dirty tableware. Of the10 times I've been, at least 4 have been terrible overall and 1 or 2 had something off about them. Read more
Pizza was good, not great. Boneless chicken wings were good. Customer Service, horrendous. Most of the girls had a bad body... language, never smiled at us or to other customers entering the restaurant (we were seated close to the entrance). Drinks werenot refilled, not enough napkins, wings order was messed up. No apology, long faces. Never again! Read more

Definitely enjoy the warm atmosphere here! I order the white pizza Kuskin, and wood fire wings. I also order a house wine. The... food is good, I would say the pizza is cooked perfectly, I just wish it had more flavor in the crust and that the crust had abrushed oil flavor on it. Wings and the pizza needed salt and pepper. But other than that I would definitely come back and tryanother pizza, maybe a red one. Read more
I don't really understand the connection between the sports car and pizza but I do understand that this was the worst service... I've had in years. Why on Earth you would keep a restaurant open with one waitress and an untrained hostess I don't know butthat was their decision and they didn't tell anyone till you sat there for an hour wondering why you still hadn't ordered foodor gotten drinks. The food was ranging from good to bad to not delivered and missing. All in all I think this is a passthere's other pizza places that are better. Read more
